Description of Work: Painted new front door and it was okay. I asked if he could also paint and hang a wall cabinet and he said sure and did a new estimate. The wall cabinet was the worst job ever seen. It took us months to strip off the lousy paint job and they weren't agreeable to any refunds either. The boss called me a week later and said he would take care of it, but that was the last I ever heard from them. I'm not calling them for anything, I don't want them in my house.

He, Marty, and Pete did an outstanding job. The only downside was a huge WastePro container that was left in our driveway longer than needed. Next time, will use the bags from Home Depot for curb pickup.

Description of Work: Removal of popcorn ceilings and resurface of ceilings with knockdown texture. Paul, the technician was fabulous. He was on-time, cleaned up after himself and did an excellent job. He worked around my crazy work schedule and was friendly to my 2 dogs, who felt like they had to "help" Paul every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again to help with items on my Honey-Do list!

I was sorry to see this review, as nobody in the office seems aware that you're having an issue. We stand behind our work and a simple call would have lead to our getting somebody out to your home to resolve this. I see we did work in your home in the fall of 2013, but don't show we were their last week. Possibly that job is under a family members name? Anyway, please contact this office and we'll clear the confusion on who did what when, and then see what we can do to resolve this.
