Description of Work: They tore out a few drywall pieces and sprayed the studs where moisture damage had occurred with bleach. After the area had dried out, they sealed all areas around the inside and outside of the shower, replaced the drywall and prepped it for painting.

Description of Work: I used a 4-hour time to get a laundry list of tasks done. Worked very well.

Description of Work: He power washed the sidewalk and driveway.It was as clean as he could get for a twenty year old driveway but I am retired on Social Security and a retired US Navy and felt that $244.00 for two hours of work was a bit excessive cost. If they give more of a discount for their services I MAY use them again.

Description of Work: Repaired water damage around 2 doors. They did a good job. But a trip to Home Depot to pick up materials, cost me close to 100.00. Home Depot is approx. 5 miles from my house. I was charged approx. 100.00 for the materials, to fill in 3 places that were approx. 4 inches by 5 inches at the most. This is trim fill in, which was approx. 1/2 in thick. The job was very good, just think I got shafted on the charge for the trip and materials.

Description of Work: Mr. Handyman removed and replaced a window, removed a sliding glass door and built a solid wall in its place, and replaced a toe kick in the kitchen.

When scheduled date of appointment arrival was after estimated time. $756 per day for labor coat times two people is a bit excessive, in our opinion. If they purchase materials they mark price up plus charge you the labor. Was not thrilled with the hesitation of the estimator when discussing shower. We did not feel comfortable that the jobs we wanted done would be completed in estimated time.

Description of Work: The technician from Mr. Handyman showed up on time and was very professional and eager to fix the door that needed to be repaired. He knew exactly what needed to be done to remedy the problem with the door. He completed the job in a timely manner and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the work.
