Description of Work: Joe Fitzsimmons and his entire staff were very professional. They kept me informed of their progress from the time I contacted them until the repair was completed on our fiberglass pool. I highly recommend them and will use them, if the need arises, in the future.

Description of Work: Poor contact, calls not returned. After months of waiting for them to reline a pool they originally installed the job was subcontracted and the first liner received was the wrong size creating further delays. the liner is presently sagging from the curbing nearly to the water level yet our messages to get this repaired under warranty have gone unheeded.

+ -1 moreIt went great once they got started. I started the agreement with them mid December, with the understanding that they would order the new liner and do the work in mid January. They were backlogged in jobs due to the holidays and bad weather. They finally did the work on my pool the last week of February. They did excellent work once they got under way. The cost was very reasonable as pool repairs go.
Description of Work: Clean out pool. Removed old liner and installed new liner. Also cleaned filter panels. Replaced o ring in pump return basket. Replaced internal mechanism of pool timer.

+ -1 moreOnce the concrete was laid I requested a fourth step to be installed because my shallow end was 4 ft and it seemed off to me. They quickly put in another step with no questions or complaints. They finished the pool quickly and to my liking.
Description of Work: Installed a concrete pool back in 2006. Thought I would add to their good reviews. I went with Majestic because of the price and quality plus they had installed pools for some co-workers of mine and they also gave good reviews. Would definitely recommend them. The person that came to give me the estimate provided me pointers on how to save money by adding curves.

Description of Work: Had a pool put in within the estimate originally provided, no surprise costs as the project went along. The pipes going to the filter were in originally hooked up incorrectly, but they were back out the next day to correct.

+ -1 moreMajestic Pools was never on time, and their customer service is awful. They subcontracted out most of the job. Those crews didn't know what they were doing. They are not a very customer oriented company.
