+ -1 moreIt was a pleasant experience. We don’t have that many problems. We have been using them off and on for a couple of years. They are down the street, so they are convenient.
Description of Work: Lance Maxwell Plumbing is our plumber. The kids were rough housing and caused a plumbing issue. They broke the hose bib off the side of the house. Where the faucet comes out the side of the house, they snapped that off. They hit it with a basketball, so we had water shooting out the side of the house. All they had to do was come and unsoldered the old bib and solder on a new one. They weren’t here that long. I don’t have a way to solder. He told us what he was going to do. He cut the water off at the street, he did what he did, he turned the water back on. He stuck around for a little while to make sure it didn’t leak or drip and made sure we were pleased with the work.

+ 0 moreI thought he was excellent. He was very prompt and called right back to schedule a time to install the water heater. He showed up on time and did everything that he was supposed to do. On top of that, he was very professional, kind, nice, and honest. I would recommend to anyone!
