Too expressive and not doing work needed (electrical).

It went great! They were very flexible and did the replacement a section at a time so I could pay over time. The guys doing the work were very good, and worked very hard. They showed up when scheduled and cleaned up as they went. I am very pleased. My new fence looks great!

Ok. I had to explain the work and how important like the hardy boards lines must meet and wood replacement shouldn't have any or very little gaps connecting to each board.

made an appointment. Handyman never arrived. I called the company and they said that they would check on the status and call me back. They did not. I called back after about 30 minutes and they no longer answered the phone. They have made no effort to contact me.

French Drain Replace siding on front Gutter on right side of house and down spout Hardi lap bottom right side 1x4 trim at rear door Pressure wash Exterior full paint Rain diverted above front door Cut T-11 to right of front door 3 foot high and install hardi lap Replace soffit screens with wire so the squirrels can’t chew through Now that was the list..first of all the French drain was not properly installed Used the incorrect tubbing, the tubbing they used was for septic tanks Not drainage, I had an engineer come and check it, he said I got totally ripped off, the system they installed was useless, matter of fact it made it worse When you view the photos you will understand, we had a terrible hard rain Since it was installed and we flooded again, only this time we got MUDD With water, I have not at this time spoke with the owner of the company but I do intend to do so... They did not know how to installed the drain, at first wanted to put the Bubbler right by the septic, which we know that would create water to back up in the toilets, so had to extended further to the street, which charges $300 More for the labor and useless tubbing, furthermore the trench is not going downhill so therefore again useless Now to speak about the workers, very rude, one of the workers yelled at me Because I ask him to clean up what he blew off the roof, said that was not in the contract, well neither did it say it was elimated, so if it is not stipulated It means Clean Up I have never in my life been subject to such awful people and workmanship There are many more complaints, but I think I have covered the important Ones. Please review the photos, there is a photo of the tubbing they Used, if you zoom in you can see it is fir septic tanks I did ask the owner at the beginning of the proposal if they did French drains And assured me they did?? Hope you will consider to remove them from your service, I don’t want anyone else to go through what we went through with this so called company! The photos will show that adding the so called French drain did more damage than helped, because it was installed incorrectly, first of all the trench Was not on a downhill slope, and wrong tubbing, When we got flooded during the hurricane we only got water coming in, no MUDD hope I have explained this where you can understand just the nightmare we have gone through, it is my hope that anyone considering Using this company it would be wise to read reviews

Well Randy told me that the crew would be at my house between 10am -12am.crew showed up at 8:30.. then they told me i would have to $ 85.00 to get them back out to do the job.because I didn't answer the door at 8:30!! I was trying the issue resolved with Randy and then he told me that they preferred not to do the job.

Fantastic! I had an open house scheduled and my lights weren't working. No other company would promise to come out on short notice but Jax handyman came out! They arrived on time and completed the project as promised!

Took a couple of tries to get the appointment times right but then they were prompt and finished in one days time. Work was well done.

We had multiple small jobs ranging from tile work to installing baseboards and hanging doors. These guys were awesome Randy came out initally to view the jobs and write up a bid which took less than a week to get the bid. Booking an appt was extremely easy and the office staff were friendly during the process. The gentlemen who came out were punctual and knowledgeable and got the work done very quickly and the house looks great. I even had about 5 extra things to add on to the initial job that they were able to do in day. Would definitely hire them again if needed.

Both Frank and Bruce worked in a punctual, professional manner, completing the work beyond what we expected. We were very pleased and would hire, again.

Quick estimate, started a few days later. We have used JaxHandyman 3-4 times and always get great results . We have referred many family members and friends. They are our “go to” handymen! No job is too big or too small.

They did an excellent job. They put in the cutest picket fence and their quality of work was superb. Very professional company whom I would highly recommend.

AMAZING!!!! My floor in my mobile home was completely rotted to the point we almost fell through. I called Jaxhandyman and had someone out to my home for an estimate and completed work within 3 days and had a brand new floor. Looks amazing! I refer all of my friends to them when they need work done!

I thought the price was a bit high from the start. I saw the reviews on Angie's list and figured the price was because they are highly recommended. Setting up the appointment was pretty easy. Guy came out and gave me an estimate. After the estimate I didn't hear from them for a week. I randomly got a call the day before and said they were coming out tomorrow morning. This is a newly purchased house, so there isn't much furniture to dodge and a lot of space to work in. I had new carpet installed a week before. You would think that in the year 2017, handymen would wear booties on their shoes to not track in dirt. This wasn't the case. Dirt, which turned out to be grease, was on my new carpet. The can light they were supposed to fix they couldn't fix. While reinstalling the old can light, there is now an indentation from where the light meets the ceiling. Had they never come out to fix anything, the light would be better than it is now. Both are non functional, except that this light doesn't blind in with the ceiling. The microwave, doorbell, and dishwasher went pretty smoothly. Problem was, they left a mess. They couldn't even arrange the papers/manuals that came with the new appliances, they just randomly scattered it across my counter. They must not have had rags because the entire counter was wet after they left. My neighborhood is just being built. They literally only had to walk across the street to throw away the boxes of the appliances. Instead they leave it a complete mess in the garage. The Styrofoam wasn't even in the boxes either, just scattered throughout the garage. Again, they must not have had rags, because the garage has tons of water all over it because the dishwasher was never dried off. They weren't able to replace the weather seal under the garage. They just put the old one back on and still charged me for labor. All in all, I was fooled by the reviews on here about the company. I wanted to write an honest review with pictures so others will not get fooled like I did. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone else.
