We were having a new home built in RiverTown. He basically performed the function of the building superintendents. Only difference was that he actually inspected the work of the sub-contractors. He did a great job of finding and documenting problems which should have been caught by the homebuilder, Mattamy.

Very flexible with setting up an appointment. Hired to do an inspection for my upcoming 1 year warranty list and did a great job with the inspection. On time and great communication. Also had the report back within a few hours.
