Description of Work: Hot tub had no electric service due to storm surges. |When service man checked the pump was also not working. |Once electric service was restored and pump replaced, |the hot tub works fine.

Description of Work: Installed a new hot tub and removed old. It was a very difficult installation job involving coming into a screened pool enclosure with a limited opening between beams and multiple floor levels into a specialized hot tub room next to a pool. They did a great job! Had some electrical issues but the owner came out the following day and got everything up and running. Really went above and beyond.

Description of Work: They came out in the morning thinking it was a thermostat,. then realized it was the circulation pump that was shot. Thy told me they didn't have one on the truck and would have to come back out. I didn't realize that meant the SAME DAY - I was up and running that night!! | |I will say that I can rarely get anyone there to answer the phone (almost always get voice mail) but they do call back.

+ -1 moreWhen it comes to purchasing a Hot tub, it pays to go with a company with a good reputation. Hot Springs Spa has been in business in the same location since mid 80s (I think) and I see why. From the first time we walked in, we were NOT pushed, pressured to make a purchase we were not committed to making at this time. (we made serveral trips over a year before we purchased the right spa) Every time, we were dealt in a professional manner and while they are not the cheapest in town (NE Florida), you get what you pay for. HIghest recommendation possible. Thank you Anthony and team

+ -1 moreI replaced a custom built hot tub with a Hot Springs Spa from Spas, Etc., over 13 years ago, and saw an immediate and significant derease in my power bill. Recently, their service department had to take my hot tub to the shop to repair a leak (first major service in 13 years). They did a great job and even replaced several accessories which had quit working at no additional cost. Now, thanks to transportation of the spa, the original heater failed. They are replacing it with a new heater at cost with no service charge. These people are great! While Hot Springs Spas may cost more, they are definitely the most energy efficient on the market and are the Cadillac of hot tubs. Highly recommend both the product and this company.
