Granite Transformations of Jacksonville

I had Granite Transformations install custom cabinetry and cabinets for my salon suites, Mosaic Salon Studios in Jacksonville. They did such an incredible job. The cabinets and countertops are gorgeous and really make the suites look more upscale. The installers were on time and professional. I love the stain resistant features and durability. I am very pleased and will be back for more.

Job Dates: 4/8/22, 4/21/22, 5/4/22 Total Funds Paid: $2,300 for initial job, $500 for replacement and repair We hired Granite Transformations to put in new countertops in our 2 bathrooms. As you can see from the photos, the hall/smaller counter was ok but needed additional caulking, but the issue was with our Master Bathroom counter. On the day of the initial install there was a major issue with the workmen reusing our faucets as they now needed extenders. This was a 2 hour extremely uncomfortable worker exchange ( to the point my husband and went outside as to not hear the arguing and slamming co-workers) and delay only to be told any faucet will need an extender. Calls were placed back and forth between myself and Cori and Oscar was calling the Supervisor Garrett as well who finally brought the extenders and the guys could finish the job. As Cori told me apparently this was such a problem they all had a morning meeting about it. Extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. In the Master Bath, we were shown samples nothing like what we received. We saw creams/tans/with a splash of blue. We received a totally light blue countertop. The workmanship was beyond sub par, did not align, was filled with some sort of gel and not at all acceptable. We asked for a flush backsplash but received a pieced together not aligned or fitted shelf as seen in photos. I contacted Cori the next morning and texted her photos showing the subpar work. After a few calls, she told me the Owner's response was 'you chose it' and charged us an additional $500 to replace and repair our countertop. This is ridiculous we were forced to pay this to have our bathroom counter as it should have been in the first place. This counter would have had to be repaired anyway and we should have been charged nothing. We have yet to hear from anyone as to how the repair/replacement went. Correspondence was very cordial until an issue was presented. We are seeking a refund of the additional $500 paid.

I just got off the phone with them trying to book an appointment for a quote. I was told that that both my husband and myself needed to be present. When I told the woman that only myself would be working with her rep, she said "well give us a call back if you decide your husband can be present". Whaaaat?! I told her that she needed to let the owner know that this was not only something that smelled of "a high pressure sales presentation" - but also highly unprofessional. I also informed her I would be posting this information on all social media sites. About 15 minutes later she called back saying she had spoken with the owner and "he agreed to allow a rep to just meet with me". Really?! NO THANK YOU.

Granite Transformations of Jacksonville was not cabinet company you gave me. N-Hance was the company you sent me. They are getting the pullout made and will be installed 2/12/20.

All work was performed as told and professionally installed. Communication was excellent with all responding in a timely manner. job was a pleasure for renovation.

We were advised that entire project would take four to five days to complete. Project began on August 21 and was completed on October 10. Don did a great job installing the granite shower and vanity sink. However, Granite Transformation has different vendors for the other jobs, i.e. shower door installation, cabinet refacing, plumbing and we had to hire our own electrician to install a light sold to us by GT. Some of their vendors were late for their appointments for measuring and other prelimary work. The GT office never contacted us to set up any appointments. I had to call to find out what the schedule was. The problems on the job included the plumber coming back to fix leaks caused by improper installation, wrong cabinet doors being sent by supplier and GT ordering wrong fixtures. The major problem that we experienced was Gratine Transformation was their failure to see that the job was done within a reasonable time. Their handling of our project was haphazard and lackadasical. We are pleased with the results but it took a long time to get all aspects of the project completed. Sometimes it seemed like the right hand didn’t know what the left was doing or just didn’t care.

It is absolutely beautiful. We have had numerous neighbors in to show it off. It is so easy to clean.

I asked on Angie's list for recommendations, they were the only company to contact me and had the best prices, warranties and service of all the research I've done. Went to Home Depot three times and was ignored two out of three visits and left our phone number the third time, they never called back. Lowe's actually asked us to come back the next week, but that didn't fit our schedules either and i wasn't impressed with the selection and warranties offered. Granite Transformations was very polite and easy to work with! The entire process was lengthy (6 weeks, I was just excited to see it done!) BUT considering they make all their product, was well worth the wait. They have lifetime warranty (10 year transferable) which is THE best offered out there, trust me, I've done months of research!

The company was represented well from initial contact through completion of the project by thoroughly professional people. The contact point, sales person, had a very complete and polished presentational. The prep and installation crew were on time prepared and very organized! The product appears exactly to be as it was previewed! We are most satisfied. The cost is comparable to other granite tops, on the high side. The comments from relatives and neighbors have been outstanding. I would use them again, and may, for my bathroom countertops.

They should be a little bit more responsive on problems. Their product is high quality.

Jennifer was very punctual and professional. She took the time to go over all of the options, let us look at samples in all three spaces, and measured all areas. I do believe that this company offers a very good product and the guarantee is fantastic. However, due to our current needs and the high cost, this isn't a route that we can take at this time. Someday, when we buy our forever home, we would consider using Granite Transformations.

When we contracted them, we contracted them to have a certain kind of base put in the shower. I don't remember the name of the tile floor. They were very small tiles. The salesperson said that they would work and there would be no problem. We had a leak in the tiles. The serviceman said that their tiles don't work on the floor. We had to have a new bottom put in totally which was not we really contracted for but they did make it good. We weren't crazy happy about the colors because it was not what we wanted. I think they were very expensive. Quality was good.

The representative did not seem to be pleased to come out after hours to provide an estimate even though the company was more than willing to schedule a time that both my husband and I could be present. The estimate was completely inflated for granite overlay...not even genuine granite. I received a better estimate for using actual granite that I pick from a slab yard for less than half of what granite transformations quoted. The rep also tried to get us to sign at that moment stating that we would loose an additional 10% if we waited. It was a total scam! Please get second estimates before using this company!

They were very professional, polite, and came on time. They were fine but their product was expensive.

The process was smooth and easy! I love the and quot;transformationand quot; of my kitchen! All who represented the company from the design consultant to the installers were professional, kind and very knowledgeable. We called to book and free estimate and the lady on the phone was extremely pleasant. The designer was on time for the appointment and did a thorough explanation and presentation of the company and products. She used a iPad so that we could see all kinds of different pictures of colors and options. The meeting was actually fun! We picked out all our choices and for all that we were getting the price was extremely fair. We had done research prior to the appointment and determined that this was company and product we wanted. The installer came out a couple weeks or so later and did the template, explaining what to expect on installation day! That was very helpful. Finally, the installation was a cinch. The install team arrived on time and everything went easy and when they were finished - WOW what a difference! We used the plumbing company they recommend, Rock Solid Plumbing, and he was great! Thank you very much Granite Transformations for an outstanding job! It was a great experience! I will be telling my friends to use this company!

Very nice family owned business. Professional installation of large kitchen granite counters was offered, a little too expensive due to size of counters for granite. We went with a cheaper Formica from another vendor, but would have preferred granite looking back.

This job was impeccable. From the woman who came out to bid the job, to the gentlemen who came to perform the final measure, make the template and then return to install, this job was perfect. I can't recommend this company more. My counter tops are so gorgeous and everyone comments on them. Thank you Granite Transformations!

Perfect installation. Did everything they said they would. HOWEVER, THEY NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT ACIDIC fruits on the counter. Three days of tomatoes etched counter. Small spill of lemon juice for 30 mim or less etched counter. Cleaned coffee maker and blow bye from vinegar etched counter. WHY DON'T THEY TELL YOU. MY COUNTER IS TRASHED FROM EVERYDAY USE. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN COME BACK TO LOOK AT THE PROBLEM. GET THE REAL THING. THIS IS JUNK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't get me wrong product looks really nice. They tried pressure selling us, telling me that they were waiting for me to give wife my approval for her dream kitchen. I am a retired Navy Chief and my is also a veteran and head strong. Basically playing the he said she said bologna! We didn't like their tactics.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do when they promised and at the quoted price.

Very good except for two minor glitches. The template for the sink area had an error - there was an extra hole for a soap dispenser which was supposed to be omitted. Solution was a cap. The counter edge nearest the rear door ended up being slightly too long so that the door will not open past 80 deg - not a big issue but still ... Workers were punctual, neat and did a good cleanup. Quality and appearance of the materials is excellent. Used their plumber. Total installation took one full day.

Only estimate Service way too expensive

Everything went very well and things happened the way I was told it would happen when I had my estimate done. Everyone involved in the project were on time and professional while they were in my house. When the work was finished they cleaned up after themselves and I was able to use my kitchen and counter tops right away.

The whole process went very smoothly. All appointments were kept and on time. The workers were friendly, courteous, and left the work area clean when they were finished.
