+ -1 moreNick was exceptionally thorough and professional. He took me around the property to each location where he detected wood damage. Not only did he explain the causes of the wood damage; he also explained the repairs that would be needed, and how to prevent further damage. He was extremely knowledgeable, and familiar with the area.
Description of Work: Nick Toth of Freedom Pest Control performed a WDO inspection on a home that we are purchasing. The home was built in 1940.
