Florida Pump Service, Inc.

Florida Pump Service came out today to fix our pump. They came on time and did excellent work. Tanya was helpful from the very first phone call, and Brian was able to get everything fixed quickly and efficiently. He took time to explain what was broken and what to expect from the age of our system. There was no uncomfortable Up-sell or pressure. I will definitely call Florida Pump Service again when I have a need!

Matt contacted me immediately. Shocking because most contractors in my experience don’t contact you or make contact weeks later. That does not convince me of their reliability. Matt was great and I would highly recommend his services.

their man showed up on time as promised and went right to work. he had the problem figured out and repaired in under half an hour. he fully explained what it was and what he did, then showed us how to deal with it ourselves if it happened again in the future.

Eric came out, took time to diagnose, replaced pump in short order, old me about 1 thing to watch out for. Very professional, great customer service.

David and his asst were professional, friendly, kept me informed about what they needed to do, and got my pump up and running.

Gene Mikell came out early on a Saturday morning and fixed my well pump that just exploded in my garage. Gary diagnosed the problem quickly and he offer great advise. The problem was solved at a very fair price. Thank you very much for great service ,,

5 stars. Second time using Florida Pump Service. PVC pipe after years of taping sprung multiple leaks. Called on Saturday (memorial day weekend). Fast response. Adam showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Great attitude. Great attention to detail. Got the job done right in 45 mins. Very satisfied.

Charles, the repairman, explained the issues and the what need to be done. Once he complete the work he went through the step he had taken to fix this issue. He went the extra mile to run our sprinkler system to insure the repairs had fixed the issue.

Water stopped in house. Quick inspection showed a pump not working. Was pretty sure it was a capacitor but wasn t confident enough to do it myself. Florida Pump service was fantastic to work with for need it now service. Communications were clear, especially with the pricing to expect. Our technican, Gene, was timely, friendly and very efficient. Issue resolved in 5 mins. Maybe a little more expensive than if you planned maintenance in the future but good value for me. ?

Great communication and showed up on time which is a miracle in Jacksonville. My only negative would be that the price was a bit high but I paid it and was grateful for the professionalism.

I told the contractor on the phone that I had an electrical problem with my water pump. When the service man came, he checked a couple of things and said I had an electrical problem, call an electrician. Then presented me with a bill for $90.

We wish to thank Florida Pump Service and in particular Gene Mikell and Matt and Charles for an outstanding job in repairing our valve,and stem pipe and other items on our well. Gene is very knowledgeable and got the water flowing as quickly as possible. This Company is so friendly, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Thanks again for a job well done.

Was charged 75.00 for a 30.00 part.150.00 to repair. 225.00 total and the pump was never repaired. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend them for any repairs.
