Description of Work: Cleaned all windows inside and out. After they wee done I asked about our bathroom clear window. They worked for 30 minutes just on that. They didn't even charge me for that

+ -1 moreMade inquiry to three apparently large and experienced window cleaning companies via their website. Only FISH replied! My ratings say it all: EXCEPT I don't rate Price because Angie's List is causing confusion about their rating on this. They should have instead, Value for Price Paid. Not having any other bids I can't compare their price directly. However, I think that the cost of the service that I received from Fish represented good Value to me. Tom made a site visit within 3 days of their phone call to me. We scheduled the work to be done almost 4 weeks hence. Without any further contact they showed up right on schedule. Crew was friendly, helpful, proficient, and showed their pride in working for Tom. In this world of so much poor and undependable service Fish is a breath of fresh air. They are MY window folks now.
Description of Work: Cleaned all our windows (about 100) inside and out.

+ -1 moreThis is an A #1 company. They did a perfect job of window washing. They even paid special attention to the screens. The gentleman was on time, very professional and did the best job of window washing I've ever seen in my life. Why I waited 2 years to have my windows washed, I will never know. Thank you Fish for an absolute perfect job!!!!

+ -1 moreWindows sparkling clean. No mess inside or out. It was the lowest bid so we were skeptical. But the job was so good and professional, and the two workers were so polite and careful, that my wife gave them each a $20 tip. She was delighted.

Description of Work: I called Fish to give me an estimate on cleaning the windows on my home. A representative of the company came promptly, surveyed my home and gave me a bid. I accepted to bid and they scheduled a start date. I have a 2 story home and Fish was to clean only the outside windows. When they arrived the first red flag was they came with no ladder to access the 2nd floor. After the first hour, I was informed that there were 4 windows on my second story dormers they could not clean due to safety concerns even though they were in the bid. I was told they would take some money of the price. After other numerous trips by their company there were numerous other windows they refused to clean because they were "too big" or it wasn't safe to clean them. My windows are wood multiple pane with an energy piece of glass over the panes. They are not typical windows, but all this pointed out to the individual that gave me the bid and later to the owner of the company before they started. When they told me they were finished, I made them show me which windows were cleaned and the one that were not. It turned out that over 50% were not cleaned. The "reduced bill" they gave me was $200 versus a $300 bid. I refused to pay that amount and they finally agreed to $150. I asked to talk to the owner, but I never received a call. If they could do this job, they should never have told me they could and I would have called another company. This is no way to run a business and I would suggest any potential customers of Fish Window cleaners, choose another option.

+ 0 moreIt was too expensive. It took them a while to call me back. It started raining and I literally had to call them back to see if he was coming. I didn't like that and it turned me off. I won't use them because they are too pricey. They are more for commercial places.
