Shane arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue and stated that he would need to run a dedicated circuit from the circuit breaker panel that would bypass the area causing the issue. His description of the issue and the steps necessary for correction was clear and understandable. I said I would think it over and he left. I, at first, decided to run the power supply for the freezer to another outlet which solved the problem, but on retrospect decided that although the solution was workable, it in no way problems that might be encountered later on. I call back, and Shane responded and again came out to the house. After some discussion he stated that he could do the job right then instead of sending out a repair team the next day. We agreed on a price and he immediately completed the contract. Throughout Shane was courteous, considerate, thorough, and professional. I would highly recommend DESTINY ELECTRIC for all your electrical needs.

I called them on Monday afternoon, and got a Tuesday afternoon appointment. The techs arrived on schedule, and the master electrician identified the problem (two mis-wired GFCIs) and fixed it in minutes. They checked out the rest of the outlets which had been replaced by a non-electrician and wrapped up their work for their minimum charge (based on 30 minutes). Ultimately a very fair price, and an excellent experience.

I like this company. Nick was punctual, courteous and professional. He completed the tasks of replacing the florescent lights quickly to my complete satisfaction. The lights are great and brighter than I thought. I will probably change out others as well. I was unable to buy a ceiling fan that we liked so that did not get replaced. I will continue to look for one and will definitely have Destiny Electric replace it. The ceiling on my back porch is 20 feet high, with a 8 ft down rod. I now have a "go-too" electrician that I am confident with.

John and Ben did a good job. They installed my panel the protector and made the outlets hot. Also they labeled my panel accordingly to the breakers.

It went very well. Nick's guys were very professional, and did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. They hung some ceiling fan brace & box combinations for me too while we there and I was happy to stay out of the attic in June. They also properly capped and stowed some open wires in boxes in the attic that I did not know were there (previous homeowner). We had problems with a breaker tripping that they installed in my panel (kitchen receptacle) and when I called Nick about it a few weeks later, they were there in about an hour and half and corrected the problem with no questions asked. Very professional, I feel they are honest, and would definitely recommend. (Brad Norman)

We needed to have a corroded dryer outlet replaced. Nick and his assistant arrived on time and started working within minutes. After finishing Nick gave me a layman's explanation of what had caused the issue and stated that only a minor amount of work needed to be done. I truly appreciate his honesty and that he didn't try to push more work on us than necessary. He left the work area clean and tidy and, so far, the outlet is working flawlessly.
