+ -1 moreStan and Matt will not just try to tell you what you want to hear so they can get the job but rather give you an honest assessment beforehand to what can be expected. They are kind and courteous. I give them a A+.
Description of Work: They have cleaned our carpets and helped us deal with bad stains over the last 6 years. Often other carpet cleaners over soak your carpet but they do not. Another thing that I notice is that they make sure that you're satisfied and aren't in a big hurry to get IN & out. They spend the necessary time to do the job right the first time, at least that's my experience over the years.

+ -1 moreFantastic! No rushing involved like a lot of other companies; spent the time it took to really deep clean the carpet. Was even able to remove a small permanent marker stain. Small business that takes the time to please you; caring and conscientious. Definitely recommend!
