COASTAL VIEW WINDOWS & DOORS

Owner came out and was nice in selling me their product. I was told it would take about 2-3 days to complete this large of a job. Installation day came and the crew got thru the entire job in one day telling me they had another job the next day so they didn't want to come back. Then all the leaking windows started. Owner came back several times to attempt patch work and yet I still have 5 windows leaking and they refuse to fix. Had an independent adjuster out who shared how poorly the installation was done and it is not even up to code with the county. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!

These guys know their business and do it well. Professional, courteous, clean and prompt with very competitive pricing in relation to other bids we received. We had them install two new vinyl windows and repair a very tall set of 40 year old double sliding glass doors in our condo. The windows work perfectly and the installation was quick and very clean. The repair on the sliding doors took some time and I have to say, these guys are perfectionists! To salvage the metal tray the doors slide on, they worked and adjusted till the alignment was just perfect. They put up and took down one door several times making adjustments till it rolled smoothly and fit tightly. They replaced the felts and adjusted the hardware. We are delighted with the outcome as we found no other company in our area willing to repair them versus replacing them. We were so impressed that a few months later we ordered a standard size sliding door from them for our kitchen and are extremely happy with the results. Again their perfectionism was apparent...the screen door did not operate as well as they thought it should and sent it back to the manufacturer for replacement. A very pleasant experience working with these guys and we will happily use them again if the need arises.
