The leaking head was indeed replaced but other heads were not adjusted - some of them are actually broken or buried.

Awesome. On time, work preformed quickly and efficiently. Plumbing old and frozen in place and difficult to remove. Technician knew his "stuff"!!!!

The new built in sprayer kitchen faucet that I bought works great, although I am not sure that the hot and cold settings are correct. I did not have a standard to go by so the plumber had up as cold and down as hot. Friends tell me that it was supposed to be the reverse, but I don't know if that matters. The toilet stopped running and everything was completed within the estimated time.

Jeff came out replaced both heating elements and put a tray under our tank. He was punctual and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use again if needed.

I would give them all A's. We basically remodeled the whole house. Everyone I used, I've commented on Angie's List.

The first time I worked with them in 2015 the owner came out and they were great! They rebuilt my water heater and reinstalled it. This time was so disappointing. I bought a deal for $149 for 2 hours of plumbing labor. Two men came out and installed my hot water heater. Before they left he tried to charge me the $149 again, to which I told him I had already paid that through Angie's List. He then charged me $90 for bringing a second person, stating that the $149 was only for him. I felt like it was a bait and switch situation.

Excellent. Plumber was extremely knowledgeable answering questions about other projects I'm doing myself and the work he was doing.

The job went very well. Everything I needed to have done was completed to my satisfaction.

It was awesome. The guy was wonderful. I even called him back and had more work done a couple weeks later. He was running late on one of his jobs the day before he was to come out and he called and asked if he could reschedule or if he could come out later in the day of the time that we scheduled. I said no, we would just do it the following week. I didn't want to tie him up because he didn't know what he was going to run into the next. So, he called a day in advance to tell me that he was going to be late or reschedule, which I thought was awesome. He was the only one that came to complete the work. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

The tech Jaff Labelle was super professional. Did a solid job and clean pro looking install. He also went over and beyond his job by seeing, locating and catching a mole rat that ran across the work site after its completion. If you need a professional plumber, Jaff is your person! Thank you CCMP

I was very pleased with the service that they provided. It took about 2 hours to complete, the workers were very good.

It worked out fine except for one thing. I'm calling them back to do something else understand. But my feelings were a little hurt because it was a deal and it was supposed to be for so many hours. And I had written out a couple of things I wanted him to do. But the guy did the main thing that I wanted done. I had a leak and he did stop the leak in the toilet. But he seemed to be in a hurry so he didn't do all the things I wanted him to do so my feelings were hurt and I kept thinking I wanted to go with the deal and that's why I paid that kind of money. So it didn't work out. I'm pleased with what he did do but I wanted him to do other things, so that part didn't work out. But since then, I called them again and they came out and they did something else for me and they did a good job. So I don't know if I want to say it's a complaint, but next time I am going to have to be careful with a deal like that, because if they are supposed to stay so many hours, then I am going to expect them to do it. He did go upstairs and checked the shower that had a leak. but I was thinking he was going to do the 2 hour thing, but it didn't happen. It was just that he didn't stay the allotted time. I would give them a C simply because of the timing on it, that's all, but the work they did would be an A. but the timing on it would be a C because I paid the $149 for the time and expected them to stay the time. He finished very fast but the work that he did was good. He acted like he was in a hurry when he came and then he said he had another job, but I'm thinking I paid you for this job. They did quality work. I just have that one complaint. He came right on time to do it. I did use them again, number 1 they are in the neighborhood, and number 2 even though he didn't stay the allotted time, he did a good job. The only thing I would say to any company is to stay true to the advertisement. Even though they were good, I just had my little list wrote out and I had things I wanted them to do in that allotted time and it didn't happen. But other than that they did good.

They did a real good job. He was pleasant, very professional, and I was pleased with the work that he did. Timing was great.

I was very happy with Clay County Plumbing. I have used them twice.

It went fine. The plumber could have cleaned up a bit better around one of the faucets. When I questioned him about the time he checked in at our house because it was a 20mins. off, he was a little flippant about it. I didn't like his attitude too much, but the work he did was ok.

I called CCMP and asked a few questions and the receptionist said she would have the technician call me. A few minutes later Robert called quickly answered all my questions and said he would go to a distribution center and pickup a Rudd hot water tank. About an hour late Robert and his helper were at my door with the water heater. Robert and his helper did and excellent job, clean up around the area, did the install, made sure all was in working order and very knowledgeable about the product and the installation. Robert and his helper performed excellent customer service and I would hire them again if I ever needed a plumber.

Jeff was excellent! When he found the problem, he showed me the pieces of sediment that were blocking the line. I am just moving back in my house after a fire 6 months ago. Jeff used what time was left of the two hours I had purchased and took time to answer other plumbing questions that I had related to other possible issues I might have and changes that were made related to the fire. Wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend again!!

Harold came out and was great! He quickly identified our problems, helped up find a clean out pipe buried under the landscaping that we never knew about, and had us up and running in just a couple hours. We'd had another plumbing company out the day before and left after 3 hours with no resolution to any of our issues. I would recommend this company to everyone and they will be our go to for future needs.

He showed up exactly on time; did a very professional job; handled a few unexpected glitches with ease; and had me up and running with a new Water Heater by the time he left! That's good work from my point of view.
