I paid for 2 hours service. Two plumbers showed up, although I did not request two. He could not installed the pop-up drain because it did not fit. The faucet needed another part. I left to obtain one. It took 50 minutes. He then installed the faucet, which took less than 1/2 hour. He presented the bill, stating I owed an additional $16 for two hoses. There was another 20 minutes left on the time and I suggested we call is square. He claimed he brought 2 plumbers, although I did not request two, and it would have taken longer if the 2nd one was not there, which was completely ridiculous. In total, they used about 50 minutes of the two hours I paid for. I paid $165 for the installation of a bathroom faucet. I will not use them again. Just to add to it: He thought my paddleboard was a great place to put his tools. The other guy thought the glass top range was a great place to fill out paperwork.

We always call Clay County Master Plumbers. They are knowledgable, professional, quick to respond, and efficient. We trust them to do the work at a fair price. We are very satisfied with them.

They did a great job, were extremely punctual and did an excellent job coming in UNDER the estimate. The folks in their office were well spoken and professional when setting up and confirming my appointment. My plumber was polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and cleaned up after the job. They have a great Angies List discount on their hourly rate. I also bought the two hours of labor for 150.00 offer from AL and that worked very well in keeping my costs down. Very highly recommended.

The service person was knowledgeable and pleasant. I had them plut in a new heat pump water heater. He did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again.

We called CCMP to see if they offer a free estimate on a new water heater install , and they do which was a plus right away. We called several other plumbing companies ,and they either wouldn't give us a free estimate ,or we were given an estimate over the phone which we knew the cost would be more because they didn't know what additional things might be needed over the phone. Jeff from CCMP came out, arrived on time, gave us our estimate, and throughly explained everything. He was even able to replace our heater the same day he came out to give the estimate. We did need additional fixtures but that was so the new water heater was up to code. Jeff definitely had a sense of urgency, he worked fast on getting the old unit out and putting the new one in. You could tell it wasn't his first rodeo. I just want to let the owner of CCMP know he has an awesome employee. We know we will be using CCMP for any future plumbing needs.

They are excellent, their time frame was good, they were on time, very professional, and they did a good job.

He made sure the link from the dishwasher to the new plumbing was perfect. Everything is leveled. They do quality work. I got them through Angie's List the first time I was going to do plumbing work. The owner was so professional. He made sure he did what I wanted, not what anyone else wanted.

They really spent a lot of time for this.

very well they bought all the parts and had it done in under 45 min. very professional. I had own unit but installed one the bought due to warranty.

Alan Hargrove inspected the kitchen faucet and discovered the faucet internally had residue and suggested since this was a Moen product to contact Moen and ask for a replacement. I wasn't aware that I could do that. I took Alan's advice, called Moen and they sent me a brand new faucet and sprayer which saved me a lot of money. I called Alan and he installed the new faucet and sprayer. Alan did a great job, he is very professional and I would ask for him again whenever I have a need for a plumber.

We are an active duty military family that had a sewage back up on a fairly recent home purchase. James from Clay County Master Plumbing came out to our home and worked incredibly hard. He never charged me more than he quoted. He is honest, respectful, and cleans after himself when in your home. His prices are better than anyone else I called and more importantly, he discovered an underlying issue with the plumbing in the home that the previous owners tried to hide from us. He gives you a professional invoice that is detailed with the work he completed. I am a thrifty person who calls around for multiple quotes and I stand by James Pelky with Clay County Master Plumbing 100% I will use him for any and all plumbing in the future should I need any. Also, he explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot). He taught me so much through this process which I really loved! Thanks again for showing there are still honest hard working companies out there!

Jeff Gorman was the person that installed the unit 3 years ago and left me his cell number. When I discovered the problem he promptly came out, diagnosed what was wrong, and followed up each step of the process to getting new unit in and and installed. I had Jeff do other plumbing needs while he was here and he did everything cheerfully, quickly, and very professionally. I cannot express how pleased with the service I received from this company and particularly with Jeff Gorman, he receives my highest praise and recommendation for anyone with plumbing needs.

The plumber showed up on time, and gave me a call when he was on his way. Very professional. Turns out my garbage disposal had split down the side. He had the old disposal out and the new one installed in less than an hour. Cleaned up and did a great job. I've used Bill Fenwick for all of my plumbing needs in the past, but I would go to Clay County Master Plumbing again. Same high quality. Cheaper price (at least for the garbage disposal replacement).

fair at best, contractor rushed- time is money, could not or did not have the time to line up shower trim, recommended opening up wall to replace value - ended up going with another Angie list contractor, plumber took his time, within the allocated 2 hour window, installed trim and shower head, did not need to open up wall and replace value; ask to unplug bathroom tub cover , plumber could not pull off tub stopper off, ended up just pouring down some solution, the tub appears to be clear and draining; overall not pleased with how the team rushed through the project; I'm quite sure these guys are good at what they do, just in this case, not impressed, would consider using them again, however, would not be my first choice;

Alan was very professional and went out of his way to make sure everything we needed was done.

Their pricing is fair and honest. They arrived on time. Alan is a fast and very professional plumber. He was very careful with our old pipes. He is an outstanding plumber and he has a good-natured personality. He explained everything about our plumbing as he progressed throughout our house. We will ABSOLUTELY call this company for all of our plumbing needs in the future. We will ask for Alan. Superior service.

Provider arrived as scheduled and performed work quickly and cleanly. The service included the new disposal. No issues or problems. I would hire him again.

So professional, they covered my floors so they don't scratch. The removal of the old dishwasher was difficult, but the plumber was persistent and all went well, The double basin sink required additional plumbing from double to single basin and now there is so much room under the sink. He made sure that everything worked well, he cleaned all the debris, he made sure all was up to code. I love my new kitchen appliances. Company provided 15% discount.

The gentleman did a great job and taught me some ways to keep this issue to a minimum.
