Jim, the owner answered the phone over the weekend and was kind enough to give me some advice before scheduling a service call. Although I haven't done what he suggested yet, he was willing to help me save some $$. Thanks! I'd definitely hire, if needed again!

I had to get the permit before I could get a firm estimate. Egans Environmental did the site testing and applied for the permit. Darrell Cruz pumped the septic and dosing tanks and provided the page 4 report. Harold from Clay County Master Plumbing gave the estimate and did the work. Harold did a great job. He was delayed by rain and the sand company having an equipment problem. However he stay with the job and completed it in a reasonable amount of time. The Duval inspector came and checked everything out and passed the job. I did not have CCMP do the sod replacement because the weather was too cold and it would have died. I plan to get that done when the weather warms up some. The cost below covers Egans Environmental, Darrell Cruz and CCMP. I would highly recommend all three of these companies.

I did not use this contractor (Clay County Master Plumbing LLC), so not sure way Angie's List continues to send me review reminders? I never even spoke with Clay County Master Plumbing LLC.

Jeff provided valuable information during the consultation and, a spot-on diagnosis of the problem. He came back the following day, went right to work and cleared the clog from right where he said it would be. I recently purchased this 1974 built home and for my own piece of mind, I wanted the sewer line camera inspected. Again, Jeff did a great job. He located the buried clean out in seconds and provided a clear explanation of the sewer components and condition. Based on the quality of work, information, and advice Jeff provided, I'll definitely call CCMP if I have any more plumbing needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Thank goodness I made this call and got the plumber I did. He had to excavate part of my driveway to get to the problem. It was a complicated repair, that presented several issues. He always had an answer at every step. I enjoyed watching him work and had confidence that he would fix our problem. A+ rating! Thank you Jeff!

Jeff called ahead to let me know he was on the way and arrived within the scheduled time frame. He assessed the problem quickly and accurately then proposed a solution which addressed the root cause of the issue. He answered all of my questions and did excellent work. This was a completely positive experience because Jeff was knowledgeable, capable and professional.

It went great! Jim was able to come to our home the very next morning. He did a rebuild of our water heater saving us hundreds of dollars! It is working very well. Work was done on time and in a professional manner. The gentleman who came to my house was very polite and professional. Great company.

All work was done promptly. More work had to be done on the disposal than anticipated and I overpaid. The over payment was spotted promptly and I was refunded. These guys are great!

the work was done without breaking up my terrazo floors

1. He spent 1 hr on the job, billed for 1.5 hours. 2. He claimed that he fixed the problem and left. 3. The faucet WAS LEAKING in the same are WITHIN 24 hours. The area was flooded by morning. 4. Worst thing is that he installed the RO faucet backwards!! 5. I am not going to call this a rip-off or a scam, but you can form your own conclusions. 6. We are now short $178 and the problem was never fixed!

This was a big project: re-piped all interior water pipes & valves, installed new water heater., replaced toilets, sinks & faucets, inspected and certified sewage pipes with fiber optic camera. Very professional company. Showed up when they said they would did a great job.

I had several plumbing repairs needing done around my house. I hired this company because of the many great reviews. I will tell you I am not disappointed. Jeff took his time with every single repair to tell me exactly what he was doing and why. He replaced 2 water spigots in my back yard because they were dripping, replaced the spigot, section of water pipe and main shut off valve in front yard, completely rebuilt a toilet that was leaking and replaced and old faucet that was leaking. Cost for labor was pretty high ($1000); however, he was here for about 5-6 hours. Jeff came back a few days later because the toilet was still leaking. He tightened the bolts and it seems to be fixed now. The part that hooked me the most to hire this company again is that Jeff took it upon himself to text me on Friday to ask if the toilet was still leaking after second visit. Wow!! What great customer service! Thank you Jeff and CCMP for your awesome customer service and professionalism!!! I highly recommend this company!

Work could not be done as ordered. Not their fault.

Contacted the owner Mr. Pelky about the floor problem. He immediately came to the house, surveyed the situation and corrected the problem immediately.Mr. Pelky and his crew did an outstanding job.

Just great! Had a cancellation in another part of town, so came same afternoon as purchase on Angie"s List. Deal was for new disposal and installation. Checked on prices of both independently and found the deal price to be very fair for both unit and labor. They worked quickly and neatly and answered a few unrelated plumbing questions while they were at it. Very satisfied and no problems since they were here.

Jeff did an excellent job fixing an issue with my fire pit and the price was fair. He called ahead of time, and asked me several questions so he really understood the issue. He arrived at my house within my three hour window, explained the process of his repair and proceeded to fix. He was very friendly, and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would definitely hire again.

Having heard nightmares from friends and family about their installations (explosive leaks and flooding were the themes), when the plumber arrived I asked if he was familiar with our particular unit. "I'm familiar with every type of unit," came the confident reply. Well two hours and a few explosive floods later, I read the installation manual to the plumber and he got it right. A good guy, he silently acknowledged that he had gone to school at our cost and said he would charge for only an hour. Somehow between the time he cleaned up and called his office and then appeared in my office to be paid, the charge had doubled. When I asked what had happened to his earlier commitment to charge for an hour, he replied "It is what it is." I asked, "Why isn't it what it was?" He shrugged.

So far so good. I was trying to get a few more years from the 8 year old tank. They were running a little late, but we're good to call & keep me informed . No problems, it's been a few months since I had this done. I don't remember the techs name, but he seemed to be knowledgeable & efficient. I'm satisfied.
