I am very happy with the company because their pricing are reasonable, and they can do big and small projects. Most importantly Chris is approachable and reachable even though he s busy, and Sam is very prompt, etc. May God bless them and their business so much MORE!

They are doing more than anyone else we ve ever hired.

I hired c and s home services for several smaller projects in addition to the deck-the other projects were fine they included a security door installed, repair front and backdoor, replaced three fence panels and hardware for gate and remove old siding and replace with hardy on front porch. Then came deck. Had a small 4x6 stoop going out backdoor-wanted it enlarged-Chris came over and measured it and we talked over what I wanted-Wanted a larger deck and placed so that in future (have been improving replacing areas of my house every 2 to 4years now since '06 so it will be done and sound when I retire)-in future wanted to enclose the deck and convert to a laundry room. Deck would be installed accordingly. Now the problem-my stoop extended to one side of my door and slightly under the kitchen window if deck was placed right were stoop started it would end under dining room window on other side of door--we talked it over and decided to go 12x8 and shift over just a few inches from where the stoop started. Deck was NOT suppose to be under kitchen window and it SHOULD have gone past dining room window. This did not happen-I did mention that the corner area was where access was to get under house-Chris said that would be no problem. I was not happy with how the deck came out-there was/is missing siding under dining window that if deck had been brought over would not show-there is busted missing siding on the kitchen door and side of stoop- stated I wanted that all cleaned up and right -(I did ask Chris if siding from front could be saved to take care of whatever needed fixing /replaced in back and save the rest for a future project with siding on other areas of house and guys building deck knew nothing about it) I did send an email the next day (@1:30 am apologizing for not noticing it at time-I was concerned about my dogs getting under deck-(I did not know there would be no skirting of any kind under deck) stating that the deck was in wrong place--no response from email or phone call. I called him and asked if he received email-he said yes his wife said something about it and apparently I THOUGHT deck was in wrong place.-He then told me that when I mentioned the access he figured deck would go right where stoop was since we weren't going 16' length-ok 16x8 NEVER came up in our talk and he NEVER said he was having deck put in same place as stoop.--To date I have not heard either by email or phone call how this situation will be resolved-the deck itself is nice and solidly built-but it is in wrong place!! The communication from Chris to myself AND his workers was sadly lacking.-They were told to put deck where stoop was and that is what they did-they were also told to install white security door-I asked for black-my paperwork said black-they did exchange the door and that worked out fine.--The "smaller" projects I have no issue with whatsoever-but the deck-BOTHERS ME BAD-now how do I enclose a deck that ends under two windows?? As it stan

Have hired them three times now in the past several months for landscaping, plumbing, wall papering, and replacing hot water heater. They do everything and do it well and reasonable prices. They give great customer service, and met and exceeded all my needs and expectations.

Small job, they were busy, but they worked me in and at a fair price. Did a great job for me laying concrete bocks I had purchased down for a nice even pathway in my back yard.

We had several projects that needed addressed before we could sell our house. Chris and his team made all the necessary repairs in a timely and professional manner, and they worked with us to help keep the costs down. I can't say enough about C&S, and would highly recommend them.

Job was to replace aged and rotted exterior window trim. Mr. Chris Williams of C&S Home Service and his co-worker Josh were courteous & prompt. They were more than willing to consider my concerns. The work was done in a timely manner (one day) and a complete clean up of the site followed the end of the job. He was quick to follow up the next day when I called about a minor issue. I would not hesitate to recommend C&S Home Service for your home repair issues.

On time friendly good job

So far so good. They had a little scheduling snag but were able to work around it to get things done. My wife and I are very happy with their work. We just have to have them back to take them down once the season is over. The cost reflected was for install and take down, so no hidden costs in the future either. They are also very competative and are going to be taking care of our lawn and other small fix it items around the house.
