I had a fantastic experience with Wade at Carpet Man Flooring. They were punctual, courteous and helpful. They provided excellent customer service and were so generous to help me get a pad for my classroom carpet before the start of school. I recommend this company not just because they were professional and helpful, but because they give back to their community and support our schools! Thank you!!!

Excellent. Sales process was easy with no pressure. We special ordered Mannington flooring. Install was completed professionally and on schedule. One small tear (5") in adjacent carpet was repaired promptly and professionally.

In the end it was great. There was some miss-communication between the company itself which left us taking off work and waiting for them. However, in the end they more than made up for it with their workmanship and professionalism.

Great selection for next day install and very reasonably priced! Sales persons in store extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Installers were on time, worked efficiently and did not leave a mess. Completed pad and carpet change in three rooms within a couple hours. Will definitely be using them again!

They were very good. The installer was very good. The sales man was very nice, and very cooperative. The installer was excellent. I had so much stuff, and he had to move it. He did the dining room first, and had to move everything into the living room, and leave it for a week, and then move everything into the dining room. He then could do the living room, and the hall. I haven't even put back everything I moved out of those rooms. His price was the best that I got, and because of the reviews that he had, and personal referral that I got, I chose them.

The job went well for the most part. Had communications problems with installer. He didn't speak English well at all. When the job was done There were jagged edges on the metal strip where the carpet met the kitchen. And the the bedroom entry wasn't done right. They had to come back to fix the metal strip. And the bedroom entry was not fixed because the installer said he had to check back with his boss to OK it. I told him to forget it since I was moving and couldn't understand him anyway.

He fixed everything perfectly.

They re-carpeted 4 bedrooms, family and living room, and stairs. They have excellent service. Both the people who installed the carpet and the sales rep were great. The price beat any others that I found and they did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

From the beginning the service was awesome walked us through the types and colors that were available. We felt great regarding our choices and felt no pressure. Very pleased with the schedule and the follow up afterwards. Great Service!!!

They save me $600! Were timely, and did good work.

I visited the store on Monday and selected the carpet that I wanted. They were able to come out the next day to install the carpet. I took approximately two hours to remove the old carpet and install the new. I would recommend this company.

Took my drawings/measurements (he offered to doublecheck my measurements...but we both agreed that was unnecessary) and worked out a price and quick turn around on the installation schedule (signed the contract on Friday; installed on Monday per my request)..... Slight mixup on the transitions but Keith corrected everything to my satisfaction.....good guy to work with. would do business with again and recommend him to others.

I have had carpet installed in 2 bedrooms on 2 separate occasions. I used the same stainmaster carpet both times. The staff at CarpetMan on Wells is very friendly and helpful. Their installers were punctual, fast, and did a good job. I probably could have gotten the same carpet for the same price at Lowes or Home Depot but i would have waited weeks. With CarpetMan I can get installed next day if I want. Plus, why not support the little guy? I have one more room left and I will definitely be going back to CarpetMan.

He was great. He did a good job. He was quick. His price was good. I would use them in the future.

Salesman sold on 11/9 at my home, installation advised one day set for 11/11. On Day 2, 1 of the 3 installers sick and could not make it, other installers were here until almost 8:30 that night. They were very nice and helpful and did a nice job on the laminate. The "Buts" are: should have scheduled another day to complete to do it right (I was totally exhausting by 8:30 that night); One transition piece missing. No follow-up, never heard a word! I called the week before Thanksgvng & oh yeah we will get that in, had to be ordered...will happen after the holiday....(Ordered? 800 sq ft here with matching qtr round & transition pieces in 2 days originally???); 12/6 I called the Orange Park store to complain, waiting for a call back. we will see NG on Ceramic Tile-At the end of Day 2 they advised they did not have the right tools to cut and would need to put qtr round to hide rough cuts, but that cost $20 cash. Tile not centered on floor, grout where caulk should be....this was the last job of the day and was just get it done & get out of here! I probably would have recommended both, but just no Follow up. They should not do Ceramic Tile

They were very good. They did what they said they were going to do.

I visited the store and picked out the carpet I wanted for my area rug. They cut the carpet and had it bound to the demensions I wanted. The first area rug I ordered, they made a mistake on the measurement, but had it corrected and rebound. The second one I ordered came in exactly as I ordered.

I would say my overall experience with The Carpet Man was a good one. I did have to dispose of the old carpeting myself. They were on time and did the job.

Carpet Man was good about giving me an estimate. When it came to the day of installation, they never called and showed up ten hours late. I had to keep calling them to see what was going on.
