I remember they were very reasonable in what they did and charged. They were very reasonable, very professional. They were true to their estimate and their word. Coming and doing things well, getting things cleaned up and not leaving a mess. They were very professional.

Very well. No problems ordering the carpet & it was nicely installed. We had had an unfortunate experience at Lowes which made us appreciate the professionalism of the Carpet One staff.

Installation crew was 3 hours late arriving and then wasn't prepared to do the job and came back 6 hours later and then was in my house until 11pm on a work day doing installation. The installers were nice but later found chipped tile and poor installation around fireplace with edges coming up. The carpet looked nice but is still shedding 5 months later. Not as pleased with carpet quality as I was with Home Depot carpet put in bedrooms years ago that didn't shed like this.

Carpet N Drapes Carpet One didn't give me what I was looking for. The salesman was a little bit not sure, he was more of a car sales man type. The reason was that I was turned off by them as I had dealt with someone better. The salesman was sketchy and wouldn't give me a quote. He showed up on time so that was good.

They did a very bad job. The floor had air bubbles underneath it. You could see where the glue was. You could see all the lines with the tile underneath the floor as he did not put enough undercoating on it. I called several times and made couple of appointments, but nobody showed up or called me. I am fighting with them right now to get my money back. It cost me $2 per square foot to have someone else come in and tear up what they put down.

I was favorably impressed by my experience in the showroom with Robert being extremely helpful and understanding of what i needed. I brought a detailed sketch of the room w accurate dimensions so he used that to come up with a price. It was about $300 less than what i had found elsewhere so I paid half and we scheduled an install date for the following week. The installers called ahead and were very punctual. They removed my old carpet and hauled it away and did a very nice job installing the new carpet. I would definitely recommend Carpet One to my friends and I will use them again.

Since I have a two story house and live alone, I thought it would be easier for me to have the 1st floor done and schedule the second floor later....The carpet color I chose to have installed was out of stock and delayed by a couple of weeks. When it was shipped to the warehouse, I was called and I scheduled the first installation with another salesman. The crew of two men one of which was Andy arrived at my home at the time they were scheduled and went right to work. Furniture in the living room and dining room all had to be moved. The old carpet and pad was removed, the foundation was treated with a product that was suggested to me to prevent mold, mildew on the slab. Installation was quick and they were finished in about 5 hours even with time for a lunch break. The men moved the furniture back to where it belonged, cleaned up the scraps of carpet and padding and vacumned. I paid them by check for 1/2 the bill. I planned to wait a month before scheduling the 2nd story, but Jack said to go ahead and plan to get the job completed the following week. The second floor was brutal for Tim, and two additional installers but again they came on time, took a lunch break, and were working the entire day. Everything was placed where I asked them, they even moved a heavy tv and stand downstairs, because I was donating it to charity. Since it was late, I do not recall them using the vacumn, but I was happy to have the heavy work done and paid them by check for the remainder of the bill. The installation crew was excellent and the carpet is beautiful. and I am happy with the outcome. My only problem has been the adjustment of bi fold closet doors in two of the bedrooms....it was a real hassle to find someone to come to my home and adjust the doors so they would open and close on the thicker carpet. Jack gave me the name of a man he had used, but that fellow never returned my phone calls....when I explained this to Jack, he said he would check around and call back...he did not, so I located a man and just had the adjustments made today....about 6 weeks after the carpet was installed.

The Salesman Mike came to the house with samples to show us. He was very nice, never pushed us into a decision. But we were Happy with a carpet we liked and decided to go with it.On installation day , Angelo and his Dad came and pulled up all the old carpet and padding and they would haul it away.They put the new padding and laid the carpet and did a Wonderful job. They were very professional at what they did. Such a wonderful job, you can't tell where the seams are in the large room. All their cut-work was perfect to meet all the other rugs in bedrooms etc.Both were very polite and nice to talk to during the job.I would definitely recommend Carpet and Drapes to install your Rugs. Jack came to our home and did the estimate. We had less expensive estimates but I think the price fit the product. Workmanship and quality is excellent. The job was hard, we had furniture to move and the old tile flooring was hard to get up. Jacks floor crew and carpet crew were careful with our furniture and did great work. We are very pleased!

They did a great job. They have several outlets in town and they did an excellent job. My mother is very happy with the flooring. They currently sub-contract out some of their flooring work to a really nice Mexican family. They were here all day doing the two rooms and they did an excellent job. They were very prompt in giving me an estimate. It only took about a week for them to get the flooring in and we set a date for them to come out. They were very prompt in arriving that day. The work was excellent. They were very particular about putting in the wood work. We had one problem with the cabinet and they came back as quickly as they could to stabilize the cabinet in the kitchen. It was just a minor problem and they took care of it wonderfully. Every time my mother goes into the kitchen, she just expresses her love for the flooring. I consulted over the phone with some other companies about the price and I just felt that these people were closer to where we lived. Their price was average compared to the other places in the city. Their quality was wonderful. Their professionalism was excellent. They do cabinets, carpets and drapes, and I would certainly use them for any of those. They did excellent work. I will use their services again in the future.

The whole process went well. They were friendly from start to finish and very professional. Our carpet came in very quickly and they were willing to hold it for us while we had a new sliding glass door installed. We would definately recommend this branch and use them again... Only thing is I don't see us needing any carpet anytime in the near future.

After trying to buy carpet at a large home improvement chain with employees who wear red vests and being treated very horribly, we decided to try out Carpet N Drapes Carpet One. We went one day and Maria helped us. We found several types of carpet we really liked and she came out to the house a few days later with the samples and to measure and give us an estimate. We decided on which type we wanted and she gave us a price and was able to do it for materials only (carpet removal/disposal, labor, installation, and furniture moving were on the house). My husband and I didn't want to jump into an almost $5400 decision immediately, so we took our holiday vacation to think about what we wanted to do. We came back from holiday and went into the store ready to sign a contract. BUT Maria wasn't working and apparently everyone at the store works 100% independent from one another. Here we are trying to pay $5400 cash for our carpet and no one can help us! I was shocked. I guess when the employees leave for the day, they take their files home with them and nothing is left at the store. They don't even have a cohesive computer system the employees can access! How frustrating, especially for a customer who drives 30 minutes there, tries to pay them, and they say they can't help us! Very poor business model if you ask me. Whats the point of working for a store if everyone functions independently?! Or maybe its the "Well, its not my sale, so its not my problem." Not sure whats going on, but it should change. After we went to the store on a day when Maria was working (she only works about 18 hours a week and is tough to get ahold of) we signed a contract and paid about 35% to have the carpet ordered. The rest of the money would be paid the day of installation. It took about 3 weeks from date of contract to installation. Maria didn't give us a time that the installers would be coming and we tried several times before the date to get ahold of her to see when they were coming, but to no avail. So the day they were scheduled to come, I woke up super early in case they came early...they came 4 hours later around 10:30. And I tried calling the store to see when they were coming, but no one could tell us anything because Maria wasn't working. Go figure. The carpet looks great and it was definitely worth the money. The downside now is that our bedroom door was put on crooked and now drags on the carpet and hits the door frame when I close it, causing the paint to chip off. One of our bifold closet doors looked fine when they left, but since then we can't get it to close either. I've called the place to try and get it taken care of, BUT (shocker) Maria isn't working and they'll let her know when she comes to work because I guess it would be asking too much for the girl who answered the phone to try and solve the problem on her own. Customer service = lacking.

I found what I wanted and the recommendations were so high that I didn't do any comparison-shopping. They were friendly and careful. They did ding the edge of a wall just a little bit. We had paid extra for them to move the furniture and sometimes it is impossible to avoid any problems. They did whatever I asked and moved the furniture back in place and they made sure everything was fine. They vacuumed afterwards. I asked them to keep some scraps for any little accidents and once I reminded them and they understood what I wanted, they offered it They were very friendly, courteous and clean. My neighbors also used them. They mentioned that it would only take four working days to get the rugs and it took longer but I'm not sure if that had to do with the holidays or the weather. I was hoping to have it done earlier but unfortunately the last carpet didn't come in until much later. I'm not sure if that was out of their control. Their square footage quote did seem to be about the same as other companies. They did dig out all the carpet they could to find one particular color I wanted. They were on time for the installation and they didn?t take too long to do it.

They lady was very helpful, they measured everything out, and did everything they said they would do. They were a very good company.

Do obtain estimate and don't pay in full in advance of job completion. Crew of three, Mike, Curtis and Ben were experienced and professional in their work ethic.

It was a very good price and they were good about coming out when they said they would and measuring everything. They did the work in one day, they moved the furniture around and put it back. They did a great job, they were very reasonable with price, and they were pretty efficient.

They were very helpful, but we haven't made a decision yet. They were on time. We had gone to their place of business and gone over the kind of carpet and style. They brought those samples and more. They were good about recommending what would be good because it was for a rental. We were happy with them.

Prices were fair, materials were exactly as were promised. Installation was impeccable. Even follow-up was on time. Glad to see someone still does things right.

They came out and brought a wide variety of fabrics I could choose from. they had a good handle on the contemporary style I wanted for the window treatments. They were able to tackle my arched window and came up with several suggestions that met my needs. I would definitely use them again.

Carpet-N-Drapes was very good. You can barely see the seams. The installers really knew what they were doing. I am very pleased with the outcome.
