Outstanding company! I had my tub removed, and replaced with a shower. I had several estimates from Angie’s List and decided to go with Bath Planet even though their estimate was a little higher. A couple of factors went into my decision. The first factor was my initial meeting with their representative. He brought a guy in training with him and asked if it was alright. As he explained the materials that would be used, he made sure I fully understood the different types of material so that I could make a wise decision. I watched how he interacted with the other guy as well. We came to a decision, and he told me that I would be hearing from the Project Manager soon to set up the dates. The second factor was when the Project Manager (Ms. Kyle) called and explained the rest of the process. She was very friendly and spoke with a soft voice. She called again as we got closer to the start date to make sure everything on my end was good to go. At that time, she gave me the name of the individual who would be completing the project. The final factor was when Tony showed up to do the work. He was the hardest worker that I had ever seen. He took pride in every detail of the project. After the first night, he cleaned up my bathroom and even swept down the foyer. Tony completed the project in two days. After he completed the project, he cleaned the bathroom again and swept the foyer. Tony even went out of his way to adjust my screen door because it wasn’t closing fast enough. I am very pleased with my shower and have sent out numerous pictures to my friends and family. Thank you, Bath Planet, for treating me like family.

Once the work started everything was completed in a week and both bathrooms are beautiful. The kitchen cabinets are so pretty I cannot stop looking at them.

Excellent. The job was completed in 2 days, as promised, and done to my satisfaction. The workers were professional, respectful and very tidy. At the completion of the work there was nothing left for me to clean up, all the trash was hauled away and the area was vacuumed completely. Job well done bath planet.

Company, products and customer experience exceeded my expectations! From the first phone call to set up the estimate to the final installation - outstanding! Highly recommend!

They removed the walls and base of the shower, but did not hang plastic over the door opening and there was dust covering everything in the attached bedroom. Next they told me there was moisture in the base under the title floor and when I ask where this moisture was located they showed me a spot near the outer wall which was not near a water source. When I finally spoke to the lead person and asked him where the moisture was located he told me that the concrete was turning to sand, which it was not as I looked at the base at the time the worker were pointing out the moisture. It ended up costing $1,200 more for them to remove the old concrete base and build a new one, which was not leveled property with a proper slop to the center drain so it pools water. When you look at their web page and they show a shower that has been redone with the acrylic walls and a shower base that is what was my expectations were, however, what I got was not a professional shower update for the $7,000 I paid. The floor of my shower is a single, flat, textured piece of acrylic with seams at the water level and not a properly formed base that would have the seams at about two inch above the water level. If you saw the pictures of this shower and pictures of the bath tub/walls of the other unit which cost me less money but looks so profession you would never hire these folks to work on your bathroom update.
