crew was easy to communicate with; thats important to me. Explained process and completed job efficiently. I have had no rain since the installation so I don't have any idea what will happen in a strong rain or tropical depression. I'll have a better idea when I get more rain. Crew manager was very good guy with communication; thanks.

David was excellent identifying the issues and Dylan and Sam repaired them. All three gentlemen were professional, kind and respectful...they walked me through the process, showed me the difference when they were done, and wow what a difference...I am excited and grateful for the work they did for me and highly recommend this company.

Following reviews in Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) we settled on Alpha Foundations and are thrilled that we did. Extremely pleased with the excellent professional and prompt customer service. . Positive experience started when a real person answered the phone and set up appointment. The representative, Alex, was prompt, maintained great telephone communication, provided an excellent assessment and plan for the foundation support! Alex showed us a video of the process which was very helpful. Then Alex came back a second time when a different contractor noticed a small settling issue in floor. I cannot say enough about the perfect customer service! Today Luke, Logan, and Flint promptly came in with beautiful, clean equipment and more excellent customer service! They started about 8 and were done about noon. They left the area better than it was when they arrived. The actual equipment and supports are impressive to see in person. It was a grand event! So impressive that neighbors came to sit, chat and watch! As scary as a failing foundation can beâ ¦ all of these men made this a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations. When representative Russo arrived at my home he was nothing short of polite, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained to me every part of the process which made my decision to use the company easy. I spoke to the crew supervisor who called me to on the phone due to me not be home. He just about stayed on the phone throughout the whole process explaining every step. After they left my home you would’ve not known they were there except for the job being complete. Driveway repair

Project was raising the back porch where the outer part of the foundation had settled 5 inches due to the earth settling. These guys did a great job with what I asked them to do. I gave a four star as I feel that the pricing in this whole industry is higher than it should be. They did price match one of my other quotes. I went with them because the representative spent time with me telling me what they would be doing and answered all my questions. I had several other quotes that just came to our house and measured, wrote down a price and left. Never explaining a thing about what they do.

Project was pool deck leveling. MJ the walk through rep was great and provided up front/honest discussions of the problem. I performed some research of my problem either poly foam or mudjacking. Alpha Foundation company has been around for 20 years and had great reviews. The team performing the work are awesome got the job performed with 63 locations requiring filling 2 part poly and stability foam injections.

They did show up on time, both times they were here, to re-level my double-wide. All I have to say is this, I am glad that it is guaranteed for 25 years and that for the first five years they WILL be coming back to check out their job. I do think that for the amount of time they spent here that what they charges was way too much. The value for the money, not good.

As far as the foundation stabilization/ lifting is concerned I believe they did a good job. As far as repairing plumbing etc not so good. One water line was breached, which was no big deal, it's the repair that was poor. The pipe was not glued back together properly, coming apart sometime in the middle of the night. Two of the three legs of this tee fitting failed due to gluing.

I am vary happy with the job Alpha foundation did for me.
