These folks are very knowledgeable, punctual, professional and customer service was awesome. They quoted me a price for the job and that is what it cost. My garage floor is now level and I don't have to worry about my garage falling over due to the foundation ever again. I highly recommend these folks for your repair needs.

Eric Sauls was the technician that came to the house. He made contact with me prior to coming out and explained the process. After the inspection he briefed us and was thorough in his breakdown of what the issues are. Well done by him and the customer service from the office as well.

I hired Alpha Foundations 4 yrs ago and they did a fantastic job. Over time, some settling occurred in the same places, so I rang them. They had me in their system and worked to get me scheduled for a fix-up. When the time was too far out (it was only one week but I am trying to get my house on the market) and I asked for anything sooner, the office operations mgr Alison contacted the job site foreman Brandon to see if he could work me in. Amazingly, she called me back in an hour and said he would be able to get me in the very next day in between other jobs. In fact, Brandon then rang me up later that afternoon to confirm it would workout for me. I said yes, and then in the morning I got a text from him that he could be there earlier - I said 'sure'. Long story short, he was there in 15 mins, had the work completed by 8:30am, and checked with me the entire time to ensure I was happy with how he was doing the job. Best of all, there was no charge as we were still within the 5 yr period from the original work being done. I was super happy. This is a great team to deal with and in today's market its hard to find a good warranty that works! I'd recommend Alpha foundations for sure :)

They were very explanatory they did not mind if we filmed them while they did it they were very courteous and informative. They were very polite and cleaned up any and all mess that was made.

These guys were amazing! From the estimate to the completion of work, I felt comfortable and confident in the work getting done right. Everyone was kind, respectful, and very professional. If you are looking for a company to repair your foundation these are the people you can trust.

Professional from start to finish. Arrived on time and worked 12 hour days until job was completed. Hard working and knowledgable team. Explained everything they were doing and kept us apprised every step of the way. This outstanding team went above and beyond our expectations. Would definitely recommend.

Alpha was very responsive and cost effective. They worked with me to stay within my budget yet tried to do the best that they could to solve my foundation issue. Although they were able to support the foundation in the crawl space, they weren't able to lift and level the house as the beams started cracking. In the future, I will need to hire a carpenter to reinforce the beams first before engaging Alpha.

They did a great job and were on time and exceeded my expectations.
