+ -1 moreThey provided outstanding customer service both on the phone and in-person. They were always prompt and did a professional job. They also provided the best value from among all of the providers I called to get bids and quotes from. Air To Air is also on the approved list of FPL's providers so I can get back a sizeable rebate as well. Overall this was an excellent experience with a service company and will definitely call them to continue servicing my AC unit.
Description of Work: Air To Air Inc. installed a new 3 ton Carrier AC/Heating system when my original equipment broke this past summer.

+ -1 moreI called them and they were willing to come the next day, but I put them off for a couple days. He wanted to make sure it wasn't something minor before he got detailed. He tested for what was wrong and gave me an estimate. He told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it. He did a good job.
Description of Work: They had to change a valve inside the unit of the air conditioner that's in the garage.
