Description of Work: Roy fixed my mower he is not a fancy service but he did fix mower my finances are a little different now so I am not sure if I would use. Reasonable but not cheap good work. He stays pretty busy.

Description of Work: This was an awful experience. No one should ever use his service. He took four and a half months to fix our riding mower because of a part that John Deere always had in stock. When we called we couldn't get a hold of him or he would call us back and say the part was on back order or they have given the part to someone else, so many excuses. This is why we don't use Angie's List anymore because he was recommended by your company.

+ -1 moreI had called Roy on the phone and he gave me a choice of dropping off my lawn mower at his workshop (next to house) or he would pick it up for a service fee. I opted to drop it off. It took 2 days to complete the service because he had to order a new carburetor. He called me and quoted the prices before he ordered any new parts. When I picked up the lawn mower he showed me all the parts he replaced and the packaging for the new parts. He provided a detailed invoice that listed all the costs. The lawnmower runs like new now. With the sharpened blades the grass looks great. I was very pleased with how fast he did the work, the quality and the fair prices. I’ll probably drop my mower off with Roy for servicing at beginning of each season.
Description of Work: My 4 yr old walk behind Honda mower was leaking gas and wouldn't run. I asked Roy to stop the leak and do a complete service which included changing the oil, sharpening the blades, replacing the spark plug and the air filter.
