+ -1 moreI recieved in the mail a flyer for Ellery Smith fence painting.( ellery284@aol.com) I called made an appointment with Mr. Smith. He did not show. Nor did he bother to call and say he could not make the appointment. I called him the next day and he Mr Smith gave me what I condsider a good reason for missing the appointment. I made antother appoint for the following afternoon w/Mr. Smith and again he did not show. Nor was was there a call to apologize for missing the appointment yet again.
Description of Work: there were no services performed.
