+ -1 moreHe knew what he was doing and began work immediately upon arrival (which was a Saturday). His cell phone had died earlier in the week, so he was unable to contact us to let us know he'd be late, but he did drive to our house to let us know and gathered our info again on site.
Description of Work: We had tried to do the work ourselves, but husband was injured and we couldn't finish. He came by first to inspect what supplies we already had and what supplies he'd have to bring. He hooked up the duct work to the existing boots we had and was very careful when cutting through the floor to install the air handler inside of home. Charged the unit with freon, hooked up the electric and it ran perfect when activated.
