+ -1 moreVortex Power is the best. Our whole house generator failed to come on during a late afternoon power outage. We contacted Vortex and, although their schedule was already full, they promptly dispatched a technician (Joey) to our residence to diagnose and resolve the issue. The cost for the service call was very reasonable ($125), and we could not be more satisfied with Vortex's service. Our generator was back up and running in record time. Tina's customer service was impeccable. Vortex will definitely be our go-to company for generator service.
