+ -1 moreTri County Septic actually came earlier than expected which was great for me because water was backing up in my shower,. They pumped out my septic and cleaned the filter (we didn't even know we had one) and left the port visible so my husband could find and clean it out himself every six months as advised. I was very pleased with the work performed and my next pump out (every 3 years) will be done by Tri County Septic.
Description of Work: Tri County Septic pumped out my septic and cleaned the filter.

+ -1 moreI had no use of facilities all weekend. I called Bernard P. Allen (also know as Tri County Septic) 7:30am on Monday, he was here at 8:00 on his way to another job. He dug up the main tank, and said it didn't need pumped out. and quot;It is the grease trapand quot; . He dug the trap open, and sure enough the cover was choking the tank with roots. He cut them away and my problem was solved. He could have charge me big money, but only $75.00. I found him to be knowledgable, courteous, professional andHONEST. I have had Roto Rooter 6 months ago, and they pumped the septic for $145.00 + 10.00 FUEL charge; bad attitude then said I need new drainfields. and quot;Tomand quot; didn't check the trap. Never again. should anyone use Roto Rooter...

He cut them away, and my problem was solved. He could have charge me big money, but only $75.00. I found him to be so knowledgable and caring. I had Roto Rooter 6 months ago and they charged me $145.00 for pumping, and $10.00 for FUEL!! Never again.
