+ -1 moreThey came in and did their work and I didn't even know they were here. They were here the next day and replaced all of my outside valves. They were done in about two hours. The price was average for plumbers. Quality has been excellent and I haven't had any problems with them. They used good bronze valves that work well with the copper. I would use them again for the outside stuff again.
Description of Work: Ron's Hardware & Plumbing Incorporated did some work on the outside of my house. They replaced all of the soldered valves with the screw type.

Description of Work: Ron's Plumbing installed a new hot water heater in my home almost 3 years ago. Last night it stopped making hot water and I noticed it was leaking water on to the thermostat area of the heater, which caused the circuit breaker to flip off. The water heater was still under warranty, so I called Ron's to come repair it. Ron's told me that they wouldn't be able to help me for over a week. They left me hanging with no hot water and without accomodation for a quick repair. I don't think this was very good service, especially seeing that Ron's initially installed the hot water heater. They should have offered to come after hours if necessary. So I had to call another plumber.

+ -1 moreThey delievered and installed a high rise toilet in my house and I barely knew they were here. They worked quickly, quietly and very professionally. They always wiped their feet before entering my home and even petted and laughed when my dog came in to check them out. They were on time and gone within 90 minutes. Definitely one of the good ones
