Miller Window

5 replacement windows installed over three days. Impact resistant and energy efficient. Highly satisfied with product, work and company. I continually recommend Miller Window to others who are looking for replacements.

We met at my home on May 9. I requested a quote on 5 window replacements. All seemed to go well. During our meeting - Miller recommended PGT Windows as an option for my home — and we agreed to a quote on PGT as well as Pella (my choice) which Miller represents as well. Miller explained that it may take a little more time for the quote due to Pella’s response time — but, that I would have a quote later in the week by email. He took my email address and went into detail on what to expect in the email quote. Miller then went outside to measure — it seemed like I no sooner shut the door behind him and took 3 steps when he knocked on my door to say he was leaving now. I commented that he was ‘Jimmy John’ fast at measuring and we both laughed. That was the end of Miller. No email as promised. And no response to my 2 follow-up emails to him inquiring about my quote. In retrospect — it’s obvious he did not measure my windows. He decided - for whatever reason - he was not interested in doing the job.

My husband and I contacted Miller Windows to get an estimate on replacing all the windows in our home. A representative came out to the house as scheduled. The representative explained that since we have a brick house it would be difficult to replace the windows. It was very evident that he was not interested in having his company do the job since he continued to complain about issues of window installation In brick homes. After looking at the house, he advised he would email me a quote and would contact us shortly. We never received a quote and the company never followed back up with us. Very disappointing, and unprofessional. We ended up going with New South windows, which is another florida window company that produces their windows in Florida. The company never complained about our home being made of brick and stated there would be no issues with the installation.

.Brian was very professional, responded in timely manner, took time with questions when I was trying to decide on different factors. Would have loved to support the local business with a good window for reasonable price but I went with HD to do the fact of having the HD card with no interest for 24 mons, which allows one to spread out payments when trying to budget.

I obtained 3 estimates for this project. I was replacing all of the windows and sliding door on the original house plus contracting for windows and sliding door on an office addition. The original windows on the house were black aluminum and I originally planned to replace with the same. Brian recommended vinyl windows for energy efficiency; however, they did not come in the color that I wanted. I eventually went with the tan vinyl windows, upon Brian's recommendation, and I could not be happier. His team installed all of my windows in 2 days. They were totally professional. My window experience with Miller Window was the most positive of all of the work that I had done at my house. Two thumbs up for Brian and his team!

Friendly staff arrived on time, did the work, cleaned up after themselves. I was happy with the finished job.
