Went great! Job was done very quickly as soon as the parts were delivered. We thought the service fee should have applied towards the job as other companies do, but JR was prompt, courteous, experienced and we will use him again.

Great! He did a great job & was so helpful to make sure I knew how to save the food in my refrig & freezer. When the part arrived earlier than expected, he called to come right away. I have already recommended him to others.

Everything was great! JR arrived on time and explained the problem with our washer and how to proceed. I learned a lot about the inner workings of the machine and completely understood the problem. JR was efficient & quick in diagnosing the problem with my washer. On his first visit, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part & scheduled the date for installation based on expected receipt of the part. When he returned with the part, JR was again, quick & efficient with the installation. JR was also very pleasant on both visits. I would certainly consider using his services again.

JR advised me of the problem with my stove, the digital screen wasn't working properly. He explained the cost involved to replace the screen and the time it would take to order the part. JR was prompt, professional and truly a kind man. I would recommend him and use his services, if needed, again.

Requested a consult/quote on a Sunday, 5-minutes later got a phone call, showed up next morning at 10am to uninstall old dishwasher/install new dishwasher. Great job, very friendly, and super knowledgeable.

Repair was on time however price that was charged was to high. Also diagnoses fee was not subtracted from repair fee once he was awarded the repair. Old parts that was removed was not shown or their failure explained. Once again work was good and I don't mind paying but a realistic charge is good business.

Not as well as I wanted it to. The washer can't be repaired the cost is higher than replacing the washer. Service Technician was very helpful and I would definitely use his service again.

Ok. However I ended up buying a new dishwasher anyway.

I set up a diagnosis service with option to contract repair service. Diagnostic service was not satisfactory as the serviceman said he would have to replace 4 parts (magnetron, diode, transformer and capacitor)- and he said so- without even removing the unit from the wall to test. The very next day, I engaged GE servicemen and they took the unit off the wall and after testing, found that only one part was defective (magnetron). They advised to replace 2 - magnetron+ diode (not 4) and charged me half of what I was quoted by JR service.

He was very professional and fixed my dryer quickly.

JR is an efficient and highly professional company. Not only are their prices competitive but their service was outstanding. JR came to my home and was personable and very knowledgeable. He took extra care to be sure that my my new disposal was working .
