I called JR Quality Appliance Service about my refrigerator and they were here the next day.. he was as professional and nice as he could of possibly been and my refrigerator was fixed in less than 3 minutes! Not to mention the service is guaranteed 30 days and any parts replaced a whole year! Best service I have had from anyone in a long time!!

The company quoted $89.00 to visit and said there will be additional cost for the spare part to replace. Damaged part was the 'under pulley assembly' which costed just $11.00 in the amazon ([*** Link removed ***] and wanted to charge me a huge amount of $375.00!! I politely declined and paid just $89.00. Terrible experience

JR (the owner) came and said the electric wires to the dishwasher were loose and he tightened them and the dishwasher was working. I used the dishwasher 1 time and the 2nd time I used it, it was not working again. I called JR and he said that my labor warranty had expired (the warranty was 30 days and I called at 36 days) even though I only used the dishwasher 1 time. He wanted to charge me another service call of $90 even though it was not fixed the first time. He would not waive the rebill of the service call fee so I am calling another Appliance repair company.

JR came the same day we called and called before he arrived. Drove through a terrible storm to get here, quickly repaired our ancient refrigerator and for a reasonable price. We are are very happy with the service and will call JR again as well as recommending him to friends and family!

They provided me with a time frame the same day I called and arrived within that time. JR was incredibly polite and discussed what I was seeing happen with my fridge, which turned out to be normal, but said for sure to call them if I had any other concerns within the month since it is covered! I would definitely suggest them for others and would use them in the future!

All work was preformed promptly and efficiently. I will call them again if I ever need appliance service.

Great. JR had great knowledge. tested everything to determine what needed to be replaced. Returned the next day to install new ice maker and sensor boards. Ice maker works great now. Highly recommended.

Wonderful. Two guys called yesterday to set up the appointment, called 15 minutes out, came close to the early part of the window. They got the job done very quickly and cleaned up after themselves.

The entire experience from setting the appointment to the completion was handled professionally, promptly and with precaution for COVID 19 guidelines. I highly recommend this family owned company

JR Quality Appliance Service - the JR Team discovered the freezer door was frozen shut with a large iceburg. After the thaw - final discovery was ice maker was leaking. JR Team had new replacement part on their truck - yes, very good guys.

They took my call at about 9:00 on Memorial Day evening. They helped me figure out how to turn off water and made an appointment for the next day. They replaced the ice maker and fixed two other problems that needed fixed. They were great and if needed in the future I will call them. Their magnet with their number is now on my frig.

" Came out again on the 11th because the fridge wasn't producing ice...Said it was my fault because I was using too much ice or opening up the fridge too much. Didn't charge for coming out on the 11th...Still wasn't making ice so he came out again on the 15th. He said it was working fine. Charged me 2 times for coming out on top of the original fee... He said if"" i come out there and your icemaker is working, I'm going to charge you a service charge""...So when he came out he took icemaker out of fridge and ran it under hot water, dumped the ice out.. said hey its working fine. He charged me to come out and fix the icemaker when it should have been taken care of in the original work. I also noticed he price gouged me on the parts...."

wonderful company to deal with from the office to the repair men came back to assure all was working fine a week later
