Description of Work: Outdoor Stucco Repair

Description of Work: Darrel showed up to discuss the job for the stucco repair of column pier caps. His tactic to get more money out of home owner is to "complaint" everything and fast talking. My home is very "attractive" looking and he wanted $1,000 a day to do the job plus material. I agreed with a stipulation that he has to finish the job in "one day". Of course, he was not happy about that but agreed with the demand that I will do the following: power wash all the surface, seal the stucco after he finish the repair and pay for all the material. Well he showed up the morning and decided to flee the job (before I have chance to discuss with him) because he realize that he is not good enough to complete the work in timely manner and not making enough money for this job. He told me on the phone (after he disappeared before I came out the house) he will be there all day and he has many jobs to do and ask how much I paid for the power wash. He also compliant about the few "green ****" still on the surface. Mind you, the power wash work is very nicely done. Any stucco craftsman would know to knock a small pore hole to create adhesion for the mud. Bottom line, Darrel is all about how much he can get and he has not demonstrated his professional integrity.

Description of Work: repair of back of house stucco from where screen cage had been taken down.
