+ -1 moreI talked with the manager of the place, & he was very defensive & not at all inclined to be helpful. I just felt like they were very unprofessional with their manner of handling concerns of customers.
Description of Work: We had a toilet that was showing a small leak. Their plumber, in the attempt to get to the leaking seal, broke the mechanism in the toilet & we had to replace it.
