FLETCHER CONCRETE

Description of Work: On May 16, 2014 I contracted him for a full driveway and full patio replacement. I watered it every day and did not use the driveway after the work was done for 2 months. By July 15th cracks appeared on the driveway. He gave me a song and dance about the fiber filler being gone and that it was not being a big deal. By August 2014 my front patio was cracking and my driveway was cracked in all sections. It cracked vertically and horizontally. I have repeatedly called and texts him with no response. He says I'll get to you since July 15, 2014. On Jan 1, 2016 he claims he was here but never notified me that he was here. The worst crack is under my car on my driveway and he would have not seen it. I never saw him show up. Jan 9th he said he would come and he did not show up and said it's not going anywhere. I cannot remember if wire was laid, but the ground was not properly compacted down at all. Had wire been laid and the ground properly compacted, this job would not have cracked in 2 months. It was just not done properly.
