Great service!

I used this firm for 4 or 5 years. In the beginning, up until the past year or year and a half, they were very good and personable. However, in the past year or more, even the summer service was every 2-4 weeks and the winter service almost non existent. The quality also went downhill. They damaged the gate to my backyard and did not repair. There are black marks from the rider mower in the back because a rider is too big. A rider was not used originally. I asked over and over that my lawn not be mowed on a Monday or Friday, and that if done on the weekend that it be before noon so I could enjoy my pool. This was violated repeatedly. In the past year the weeds were not pulled, nor were shrubs trimmed timely. The last straw came 2 weeks ago, when there had been no site of them for 4 weeks exactly. We had no freeze this year, and a lot of rain in the 4 weeks. The lawn was a mess and needed to be cut after 10 days or 2 weeks. When I called to cancel the service, my monthly check to them was being processed. I stated it would be the right thing to do to not cash the check since I had not received the services I was paying for. Nonetheless, the check was cashed. Mark replaced mulch for me, and would look at my sprinkler system. I paid for the mulch, but not him looking at the sprinkler system but he knew I was an older, single woman. I kept him on long after I should have due to a sense of loyalty but my lawn does not look good, nor does anything else. I have replaced his services for $15/month less, and they have already been here 2 times and my lawn looks nice. I believe Corley also stopped with the edging because I noticed it was done with my new firm.

Corley provides outstanding service. He told us fro the beginning that he would treat our property as if it were his own home and that is exactly what he has done. My property now looks 1000% better than it has in a long time.
