I would recommend avoiding this the business at all cost. I am stuck with them for another 8 years...due to the warranty I bought. I will be reaching out to the owner tomorrow to discuss how they seem unable to perform the most simple tasks...like replacing/calibrating a thermostat. Installed new AC unit and it was a difficult job due to small working area. Did a good job

Communication with the company was excellent, They sent someone out to the house the same morning who quickly diagnosed the issue within minutes and explained everything. Care was taken to leave the work areas clean. Would definitely recomment.

The job was done right. The service tech was very helpful and professional. He explained what needed to be done going forward to properly maintain the system.

Sales and Installers were great. It took about 3 days to get all equipment installed with afternoon thunderstorms cutting days short.

Had my a/c repaired. At first we had another company come by. He did n t want to touch the unit. Since my a/c is 37 years old it was written on my receipt, my unit is obsolete, dead, seized up, beyond repair. One hour later and CCC a/c comes in. He replaced one part and a/c working perfectly. Price was reasonable. Serviceman was not pushing us to purchase a $10k new unit.

Chris and Lucky performed my upgrade smoothly, professionally, and courteously. The tear-down process was efficient as was the new installation. The guys worked continuously without taking breaks. When they were finished, they cleaned up so well that, had I not known they tore down one unit and installed another, I'd never had known they were there. They went over operations with me, showed me how to use vinegar and water to help keep my new drain clean, and left me feeling confident and satisfied. My new system works beautifully. No complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend Certified Climate Control for all your A/C needs.

CCC installed a Bryant system and it is still under warranty. It has been installed several years. Apparently the blower motor was bad. They quoted over $600 to install. The tech says it will only take a couple hours but they “charge from a schedule” and not based on the time it takes to actually do the work. I called another company who also does Bryant warranty work. That company has been in business over 30 years in Orlando. Their labor cost is $325. For the same work. Disappointing that CCC charges such premium prices.

The scheduling was difficult since I work full time, but they did quality work!

This review is for my 4/4/22 annual AC check, I know that some may be skeptical that I gave CCC 5 stars but the company deserves it. I purchased a Daikin 5 ton heat pump from CCC on June 5, 2018 and I am very satisfied with the product but more so with the techs they have sent and the office staff. Everyone is knowledgeable about their role and professional when speaking with me. Other A/C companies should take a few lessons from CCC – they showed up on time, got to work immediately, explain what they did, they were courteous, respectful and cleaned-up everything inside and outside. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality oriented service company or anyone who needs a new system.

The maintenance tech (Joel) performed a detailed inspection of the AC unit and was very resourceful answering all my questions concerning the performance of the unit, besides exercising excellent Customer Service. It went very well as it always has in the past. I found this company thru you all when I moved into this house several years ago. The AC unit was old and I wanted it replaced. They did and have PMed it ever since. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

They did an excellent job. In and out in a day, everything working great. Helped me select the appropriate unit. No problems. They sent someone out the next day to make sure I was happy and they double checked the work.
