I was approved for financing over the phone within five minutes and the new unit was ordered and installed within twenty four hours after my approval. I am totally satisfied with the quality of work performed and the professional courtesy shown to me by all members of the staff. Certified Climate Control now has a new customer for life. Great job!

I was very pleased with the Service that Certified Climate Control gave me. I called their number, and they were able to have a technician at my house within an hour. The technician, Grant, was very knowledgeable. He discussed what he was doing and encouraged me to watch him while he worked. He answered questions and gave me options with approximate prices as he went along with his diagnostic. I will definitely call Certified Climate Control again for any of my AC/ Heating needs or problems.

I had purchased an AC tune-up special offer through Angie's list. Mike called a half hour before arriving on time. He went through the entire system and gave me a detailed evaluation of its condition. In the near future, I plan on using Certified Climate Control to replace my functioning, but antiquated system.

.Our a/c unit was one year old and due for an inspection and servicing. Technician went over whole system carefully and found it only needed a small amount of gas (included in the cost of the visit) and that it had a slightly rough start. The latter could be corrected with a small attachment but we chose to let it be for now. No pressure was applied to have part installed immediately

Absolute best service I've ever had. The Tech showed up on time and was very meticulous. He must have spent 2 hours going over the entire A/C system. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made recommendations and preventative suggestions to keep it all running properly. One of the nicest technicians we have ever had. Not only do we recommend this company, but we will use them exclusively.

Call office at about 9am, spoke to Jodi. She asked me if I was a previous customer. I told her I was calling because of Angie's list. She called me back within the hour told me a tech would be at my house by noon. Mike the tech/saleman was there at noon diagnosed the problem. My unit was originally installed in 1997, I asked him the cost to replace. He gave me a very reasonable quote. No high pressure. He ordered the part and said it would cost me 300.00 in addition to the 50.00 service call charge. it would be the next day before they would dispatch. I wrote a check for 50.00. Within the hour Jodi called me again and told me she could have a tech out at 6pm if that was agreeable. At 6pm Grant arrived began working on replacing the blower control board. The system was running again, he checked the compresser and said he found the dual run cap was weak and changed it out. He tested and found low on R-22.. He added some and I was good to go. I wrote a second check for 435.00. The entire experience was good. No complaints. I would use them again and recommend.

CCC determined that my ducts were woefully undersized for my system and that, since I only have one input duct, it would need to be enlarged to provide the proper airflow. Before the service, individual room temperatures were all over the map which led to frequent temperature adjustments and plenty of discomfort. After the service the house stays the same temperature throughout and the system runs much less often. My power bill is about 30 dollars lower even though the average outside temperature has been increasing since the service. The price was more than reasonable and the technician who determined that I had an issue as well as those who replaced the ducts were prompt and professional. I would most certainly do business with CCC again.

The company rep was on time and very professional. He explained some problems that he tried to fix the easiest possible way and what to look for if this didn't work. There was no hard sell at all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

David came to give us an estimate on three systems for a large old house we had just purchased. He knew time was essential as we had only 10 days before we moved in. He walked through, measured and gave us the written estimate on the spot. My husband called him during the weekend (his time off) to discuss the other estimates and his. He walked my husband through everything again and why the other companies were giving us larger units we didn't really need. HIs estimate was almost $5,000 less. We decided to use Certified Climate Control to do the installation. David told us he would send three crews to get all units installed on the same day. Mind you, we had floor installers, painters and drywall guys in the house as well. His crews were awesome, working around everyone else. It was crazy but they were great to be around. Our only problem was that the water heater was moved from where it was originally when David measured. (Our fault). David came out, gave us some other options around it and estimates on the cost. We decided to move the water heater and keep everything where we had originally planned. David took it upon himself to call a plumber for me and have him out there in an hour to move the water heater. IT was above and beyond! We have since had two service calls and the staff are a dream to work with. Even calling at 3:30 on a Friday, they had a tech out to my house by 5:30pm. The receptionist even called me back to make sure the tech had called me to tell me he was on his way. It's the little things like that that make this such a great company!

The owner was very knowledgable and explained which unit and why. He did not try and sell us the most expensive as he explained what unit would fit the size of our home and be the most efficient. The lady in his office helped us complete the warranty information and also helped us get the rebate we were due from the power company. The installers were their employees not subcontracted. They were very quick, clean, and professional. We have been very pleased with our new unit and it has reduced our electric bills. I referred a co-worker to them. To sum it up, they were great and a very pleasant experience.. We would recommend to others. Thank you.

Our technician, Grant, was actually a few minutes early. He gave us an Angie's List Special $49 inspection. He was extremely professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgable. We have an anceint a/c and he explained in detail and objectively the deficiencies of the system, what could reasonably be done, and spent a long time with us educationg us on air conditioning systems. A Plus for this service call.

Overall, good experience. Will use again when needed.

Called the vendor on a Sunday morning for an AC outage that occurred the previous evening. They answered and the dispatcher estimated availability of a tech the next day. Two hours later they called back to say a cancellation had occurred and a tech would arrive in an hour. Happy dance...because my inside air temp was 83 and climbing. Tech Jason arrived promptly; identified the issue as a bad capacitor canister, which he replaced. He then checked the condenser unit and air handler over thoroughly and pronounced them to be good serviceable condition. Even flushed the drain line as a PM measure. Total charge was $160, including the benefit of a 15% off coupon from Angie's site. Overall, I am very satisfied and will use this HVAC service again. Kudos to tech Jason and to the shop dispatcher for their professional work.

We got home from being out of town to a soppy garage with a water line coming from the A/C. We have been doing the normal monthly maintenance such as pouring bleach in the drain line as we were told to do by the company who installed our new unit two years ago. I decided that after dealing with our previous company and getting no where-we have had numerous problems with this new unit- that I would go to trusty old Angies List. I called on Certified Climate Control, because of their reviews, on Thursday and David was here on Friday. When I told him what we had been doing to keep the line clear, he informed me that we should never put bleach down the drain as it's "too corrosive." Hmmm? He instructed me to use white vinegar instead. He also pointed out the rather strange way the previous company installed the drain line and that it wasn't correct. He immediately knew what the problem was and cleared the clogged drain. He also noted that our great, so I thought, tornado sound coming through the vents was actually a sign that the unit was working too hard to get the air through the house. He recommended new return ducts and new supply ducts to help the A/C work more efficiently. He also recommended a different type of filter to use as the one we had made it harder for the air to go through it. He explained everything in detail to my husband and myself. I highly recommend this company and will do the work for the ducts asap.

****Update: The owner of CCC called me and wanted to do whatever it took to make this right. He takes great pride in his company's reputation and he wanted to personally come out and inspect my AC. He did come out to my home and was very genuinely apologetic that I had a bad experience. He inspected everything for free and made some recommendations. He also fixed my airflow noise issue. Overall, I really appreciate the effort and the willingness to change my experience to a positive one. I would still choose my usual AC repairman over CCC but I do believe these guys will make an effort to correct the situation if you are dissatisfied for any reason. ****Update: One week after I had this service, my AC quit working again. I called the guy who usually handles my AC and appliance repairs (he was out of town when my AC originally broke or I would have used him). My usual AC repairman said Certified Climate Control did in fact replace the contactor, however my refrigerant was not leaking as they had suggested. I believe the CCC repairman must have read the measurements incorrectly or possibly just wanted me to purchase a new unit through CCC. I hope it was the former, because I believe my technician was a nice guy. However, my tech also told me he "changed a few things around to help my airflow" and since then my AC has been about 10 times louder when it kicks on. The first time I heard it, I thought my washing machine was on. I would prefer less noise and less airflow to having more airflow that sounds like a plane starting it's engines. In summation, I would not recommend CCC and would look elsewhere for your AC repairs. Old Review: This Sunday afternoon in August (HOT), I came home to find my AC compressor had stopped working. I called a few companies to see if a technician would come out on a Sunday and Certified Climate Control was the first to respond and had the lowest fee. The technician (Grant Hayes) was on time, extremely nice, and very knowledgable; he found the problem very quickly. The broken contactor was a quick and inexpensive fix, but the low refridgerant suggested I have a bigger problem (a leak in the system) to deal with. Grant took the time to explain my options and potential costs, and I felt confidant that he was giving me the best advice for saving money and minimizing any future issues. I plan to use CCC to get an estimate for a new unit, and although I'll get more than one estimate, I feel certain that I'll be using CCC again in the near future. I would highly recommend this company to anyone on Angie's List.
