Certified Climate Control

We needed a weekend appt which was no problem (and no extra charge) for CCC. A time was established and the technician Dan kept us informed that morning of his schedule regarding our appt time. A small adjustment in his arrival was made b/c the job right before us ran over, but it was a minor delay for which we had been alerted. When he arrived he worked efficiently, explained what he was doing, solved the problem, wrote a detailed invoice, and applied the 15% Angie's List discount coupon which we had printed out.

The service was detail oriented and timely. I had a vent expanded as well. The service man was knowledgeable and polite as well as clean and respectful of my property.

Technician did a thorough job for the Angie's List deal, but as a wary consumer I was skeptical of the amount of work advertised for the price and possible scams as seen in past documented TV sting cases. Bottom line, the labor charges rack up very fast when "bad" or "ready to go" parts are found, whch of course they were in my less than 5 year old unit resulting in exorbitant parts prices later verified by a 3rd party A/C repair company who happens to be a friendly neighbor. These types of businesses can take advantage of the unaware. Caveat Emptor. Overall a good job

I did not realize that I could have such a positive experience with an HvAC company. Everybody was remarkably nice, thorough, and professional. Cleaned up nicely, too. Cost was $800-$1000 less than another company wanted to charge, with CCC being more thorough/detailed in their services. Will definitely use them again.

It was a low price because it was a special package deal, but it does mean you pay in advance. It was schedule and the technician came on time. He checked out the unit and flushed out the drain. He also cleaned up other parts of the air handler that were very dirty.

Final price was exactly the estimate. Balanced the system so that all rooms heated and cooled properly. Family owned business. Owner of the company does the estimates and supervises the work. Made several trips back to make sure system was performing to our satisfaction. I have already recommended this company to my own family members. I did a lot of shopping around. This company had best price and delivers superb quality.

Everything went very well. They came out and I ended up signing a maintaince contract with them. The initial tune up was very smooth and the repairs they have done since then have also gone very well.

The technician called right before he got there, he was running right on time. He did a very thorough check of my system including he added a very small piece of pipe to the drain line to keep it from getting buried in my yard. (included this in the price) He cleaned out the drain line and ran a coolant and efficiency tests on the air conditioner. My unit is quite a number of years old and I feel the service is going to prolong its life. I'd take this deal again in a heartbeat if it is offered, and if I ever have heating or cooling issues I will call Certified Climate Control.

What an awesome experience!! Our A/C unit was working inside, but the fan outside was not running. We decided to look on AL for a credible company to come out and fix the issues. I did very little research on AL, and found Certified Climate Control. They had excellent reviews, and they had performed service numerous times in my area. I gave them a call the night before, around 6:30p, and the had someone out to my house the next morning at 9:30a. The technician, Jason, was very professional, and nice. He took the time to diagnose the problem with my unit. He kept me informed of everything he was doing. It took him quuite some time to locate the exact issue, but I did not mind the thorough examination. In the end, it was a simple fix, a copper control wire had been damaged from lawn care. Jason was able to fix it, and had me back up and blowing cold air once again! He even gave me recommendations for the thermostat. All in all my experience with this company was great. I was expecting to pay a WHOLE lot more than what I was charged .Simply because in the past, we used a much larger chain company, and they charged an arm and a leg! Certified Climate Control was right on time, punctual, thorough, professional, and EXTREMELY reasonable. We now have a go to HVAC service!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks!!! I called them back after the tune-up to get my furnace worked on. It was late on Friday and they came right out and put in a new capacitor in for $150. Just as quick as we called them they came out. They were punctual and their technician was very knowledgeable. They were very responsive as well.

They checked everything and even came back to check the installation of the unit, so anything that I saw that was a problem the QA guy came in and fixed everything which was like three days after the initial service. There were some mistakes in the beginning but they are good.

My husband dealt with them and both had contact with their office and technician. They were all extremely nice and polite and couldn’t do enough to help out. The technician was very courteous, professional, and showed up no time. He was very pleased with the work.

Previously called this company for HVAC emergency service. Very timely response, efficient work, great price and am a very satisfied customer from both routine service and emergency service. (FYI, emergency service was on holiday weekend.) Will certainly continue to use them and highly recommend them to others!

They were excellent in all ways. They did not oversell me, talked me into a lesser expensive unit because it was appropriate for my house. I blew a fuse and discovered it at 6pm on Friday evening a few days after installation and they had a tech out here by 7pm fixing the the problem. No problems since. The men were professional, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

They indicated that our coils needed to be cleaned (outside realm of the scope of this scheduled service) and the tech took pictures with his phone to show me so I didn't have to crawl up into th closet to see. WHen I said that $ were tight, he explained how we really could do this ourselves. A definite reccomend for repeat work.

Responded to a "deal" for Air Conditioner Tune up and inspection for $49. During the inspection the technician said the starter capacitor had low amperage and would probably fail soon. He recommended replacement while he was there otherwise I would incurr another service charge if he had to return. I had the new part installed for $133. because I was leaving for an extended period and wanted to leave the air on. Sometime while I was away a different capacitor failed ( fan motor ) Resulting in an emergency repair for $230.00 ( from a different vendor ). The invoice indicated this capacitor had also been checked during the inspection.

They were very profession and did not pressure me about work or repairs.

My a/c unit needthe the yearly check to make sure all was working ok. Mike the tech checked everything inside and out. He explained each step of his testing. I was so appreciative to Angies List that I found this company. If I ever need any work done, I will surely use this company.

The technician was very professional and courteous. He did a thorough inspection and then provided a detailed report of his findings. The quoted prices were very reasonable and we will definately be using them in the future, if we decide to upgrade our system.

Great experience. I was not happy with the vendor (large one in Orlando) that installed our two HVAC units when our house was built in June of 2010. We used them until now for our semi-annual HVAC maintenance so my only comparison is to the five previous visits (one repair) from that vendor. Certified was easy to schedule with, their prices are competitive. The serviceman (Don) arrived a few minutes early. He was extremely thorough. He first explained to me (literally) everything that he was going to do and then asked me if I had any questions or concerns about the units. He could not have been more professional. I was going back and forth by the area where he was working and each time I'd pass by in the hall he would explain what he was doing. He took nearly twice as long as the previous vendor (they took less than an hour for both units) and Don must have asked me 5 times if I had any questions for him. The only three observations that I had that I could directly relate to my previous experience was that: 1-When he pulled the filters out to check them he turned them over, inspected the edges and the fit of the door seal, and then told me that I would really only have to replace one of the filters. I appreciated his detail (checking the integrity of the cardboard filter, the door seal, etc) and showing me why I only needed to replace one filter (and I know that the filters are $40). 2-When he was wrapping up and checking his work he climbed onto the box and used a two-probe digital thermometer to check the air temp below and above the unit. The other vendor only checked the one on the bottom. Don had to do some climbing to get the second (top) probe in place. He could have quite easily just measured the bottom temperature only--who would have ever known? 3-Don had me run the heat for a half hour while he did his stuff. The other vendor never even had me turn the heat on. Maybe Don was just cold that day--but I think that he checking out my heating system. Don also explained to me how the heat pump worked (never had one before) and how to set the temperatures to save on electric bills. Overall I was very impressed with Don and Certified and I am already set with them for another visit in the spring. NOTE: The price that noted above is their normal rate for this service. I subscribed to one of their maintenance plans for $9.95 per month but I believe that their one-time charge is $79. Well worth it either way.
