For our heating and air conditioning was not working during that cold spell couple weeks ago. He came by and fixed the problem by the way which involves wires That weren't attached properly. Service was courteous.

Outstanding process with CCC, from initial estimate through project cleanup. Mike made three visits to our home to clarify the estimate, based upon our changing requirements. Work got underway, on time, with experienced installers, Jason and Lucky, doing the work; Mike was on hand to walk them through the entire configuration that he had prepared for the bid. All required materials and equipment had already been loaded into the vehicles and trailer that they brought to our home. Jason and Lucky were extremely efficient and courteous, explaining to us whenever needed what they were doing and why. They also made some excellent recommendations for minor system improvements that they encountered during the installation. Work was completed on schedule after two very busy days. .I would most definitely recommend this company for residential air conditioning-heating work

Out of 3 companies that gave us estimates they were the only ones to point out that we needed 2 additional return ducts and a new A/C pad (pad needed to conform with new building standards). And the price which included these items was less than both the other 2 companies. Greg was very professional when he came and provided the estimate; in addition, the crew that performed the work were promp, efficient and professional. Greg submitted our paperwork to Florida Power Corp for a rebate of $150 after we completed a brief home energy survey. The company also offered 6 month's interest-free financing. I would definetly recommend Certified Climate Control and would use them again for future A/C or heating needs.

The technician gave the heating system a thorough examination October 30, 2012. His estimate gave a clear written description of his findings. The day of our service appointment, November 2, 2012, this technician called to say he could not come but someone else would. Th other technician got there on time (9am) and did the job. Great work - great customer service. I will use them again and recommend them to others. A+

The coldest night in FL this winter and the furnace did not turn on in the house we are moving into. The home inspector checked it but we didn't have heat when we needed it. Checked Angie's list, called Certified Climate Control at 8 am, spoke with a pleasant, polite scheduler who set up a service call. The technician arrived at 11 am as promised, found the problem immediately and fixed it. Grant also checked the whole system, made some recommendations and was on his way. Professional, polite, friendly service with no sales pitch or added cost. What a great a/c service!

Good experience overall. Appts were available as soon as I wanted one, everyone was very nice to speak with about scheduling. The technician called 1/2 hr in advance as requested, arrived on time, and got the job done.

They gave a great write-up of all the things checked. Offered some good advice on ongoing maintenance. Did not suggest that additional repairs were needed. I used this company after seeing that they had a rating on Angie's list. It was the reason I joined Angie's list.

I was provided very good service. The staff I spoke to were very friendly and accommodating. I was not able to be home but my brother was and the installation happened without any problems.

The "deal" was for an A/C checkup. Living in Central Florida I am accustomed to the necessity of these checkups. The opportunity was expressed thru Angie's List for this "deal" and I decided to use it. The technician arrived as agreed upon and did his job. He then proceeded to give me a diagnosis & cost estimate which did not ring true. I did not see the sense of what he was trying to sell. Perhaps he was just not a good salesman, but I have learned through my experience to pay attention to gut feelings, as the saying goes....None of the problems that he diagnosed has occured as of almost 11 months since....and I'm glad I paid attention to my gut! This year, I will have another Springtime checkup of my unit, but I don't think it will be with this company.

I was being told by 4-5 other companies that I needed a new a/c system including duct work. The other companies quoted me prices from $10,000-$25,000. The man from climate control sat outside for 45 minutes while another company gave me these quotes because he knew he could do better. CCC came in and looked and found a small piece that needed to be replaced and the duct work only needed to be repaired. He repaired the entire system and cut my electric bill in half. He only charged me $800 for this service. The man that did the quote as well as the man that did the repairs was great. They were just awesome. I highly reccommend them. They're trustworthy and honest.

I'm satisfied with the work that they have done so far. They were just fine. They gave me the information on things and explained things to me. I'm pretty well pleased so far.

I would highly recommend this A/C company. Over the years I've dealt with several because I have a rental unit as well. I have to say this is the most responsive and most reputable, reasonably priced business I have found. I plan on using them for my rental and home now. Dan is a very knowledgeable man and will teach you about your system while he is there so you have no questions when he leaves. Definitely 5 star all the way.

Overall no complaints very professional and will work with in the future.

The work was clean and professional. All employees were knowledgeable and did everything we asked. The price was reasonable. In fact it was a bigger unit (same brand) than another company replaced last year and it cost less. The installation was also cleaner and much faster than the last one. Certified AC services did everything they said they would do in a professional manner. I would definitely use them again if I needed a new heat pump.

Professional service that responded timely to calls and provided early notification upon arrival. Solid assessment of work required. Bid was received and upon execution the team arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Team was very respectful and got the job done. After completing the job, a full walk through was done and the team cleaned up after themselves. After a week the primary technician came out to the house to ensure the install was satisfactory and to fine-tune the air handler. Everything went very well and I would recommend this company for future work.

Things went well as far as we know.

It was purchased on a big deal for $49. The price is right. I choose them based on the ratings on Angie's List.

They were fair in their pricing, on time, and very pleasant to work with. I would definately use them again.

They were very good about follow through and calling to tell me when he would be here. We had an unseasonably warm winter and the tech was not sure if he fixed the problem with the cooling and we will have to wait until the warm weather begins to see if it was, in fact, fixed. He did offer to come back out on Saturday as this was the only time I was available to be there during the day.

The gentlemen called prior to arrival, was there on time & explained what he was was going to do. Once finished he provided a detailed report on the condition of each unit.

Received moderate insight. Really appreciated the written report.

A little expensive on the part that was exchanged but in order for it to operate at maximum efficiency it had to be swapped out. Price quoted was not correct as technician had old price list.
