Need more time to a**** this new unit.

It went well. The appointment was scheduled for 11am-1 pm. The technician called me at 1030 am and said that he was about 30 minutes away, but he actually arrived at 1050 am. He was polite and the insepection was very quick. He showed me something that he recommended be fixed and explained what needed to be done (really appreciated since I dont know anything about air conditioning!). He wrote everything out, most importantly in legible handwritting.

Tech did a professional job in tuning the system and finding a leak in and replacing the evaporator coil. The coil was under warranty but there were labor costs for replacing coil and material costs for refridgerant and a condenser. Work was completed in a timely manner. Very satisfied with this contractor and would recommend them to others. My A/C is an 18 SEER York top of the line heat pump. It was installed 4 years ago with an inside ADP evaporator coil. The York outside condenser and inside air handler have been trouble free but I am on my third ADP evaporator coil due to leaks. I do not recommend buying a York A/C system with an ADP evaporator coil!

The service was fair. He said the coils on the outside were corroded so he didn't wash them, which was false. Two days after he left, I did it myself. It was something he was supposed to do but didn't, I was kind of upset. Then he tried to sell me other services. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

Called for service on a Saturday and someone was at the house within 20 minutes. Very professional, 100% reliable. I know when I call in with a problem or a question, someone will return my call or show up on site within the hour. After our original call and service, it turns out our 10 year old unit was on it's last legs, which is probably above average for this part of Florida (Less than 5 miles from the coast). David and his team replace the entire system and I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend them for their superior attention to customer service alone.

Called a couple days ago close to the end of the work day, left a message and was called back and able to give details as to problem. Jodie called the next morning with a time frame for the following day, best appt she could give. Ed called as requested 15 min out plus a couple hours early! Thank you !!!! Best service around.

Had no problem setting up an appt. They arrived on time and were very professional. I felt that I had gotten a very good deal and would definitely use them in the future.

Certified was very professional and worked patiently with me as I am an out of state property owner. They scheduled a convenient time with my tenant and did not try to do the "bait and switch" or "upsell". They came out to the property, on time, and did not rush though the job. The Angie's List Big Deal was a good deal. Would definitely use them again.

Great experience. Coils on the AC unit froze resulting from the AC unit always running at 57 degrees. Something with the wiring wouldn't shut the unit once it reached our desired temperature of 72. Our technician was prompt and thoroughly explained the issues we were encountering and the fixes that were put in place. Highly recommend to others.

David is very professional and explains everything in a way someone that knows nothing about AC systems can understand. From beginning to end this company did a great job.

Our air conditioning stopped working on Friday night. I couldn't believe this company was able to send a technician, Randy, on Saturday afternoon (it was 90 degrees with rain- everybody is having air conditioning problems!).Certified Climate's customer service was excellent. I really appreciated them getting someone out on Saturday. Randy arrived during the promised time and called ahead of time. He was HONEST and ON TIME ON SATURDAY!!! He examined the problem and realized it was an electrical problem and not an a/c problem. We appreciated his honesty and promptness which allowed us to fix the underlying problem when it was 90 degrees with 100% hunidity- just the time you want your a/c to quit working!. Our tech, Randy, apologized muliple times for being unable to correct the problem, even though it was one he could not correct. Randy told us he could fixt the wirig, which was all burned, but that we needed a certified electrician who could find out WHY the wires had burned. This company is fixated on resolving your a/c problem. I will not hesitate to call this company again. Thank you Randy! Thank you Certified limate Control!!

It's been about 6 weeks since the work was done and we are very happy we chose this company. Mike Mason was more than happy to come back several times during the initial estimate phase and answered all our questions honestly. This company beat all other estimates by a significant amount and were very professional, prompt, and courteous. They even came back 3 weeks later to make some modifications we wanted at no charge. I have no reservations about recommending them to others. Overall my house is much cooler and the power bill is less too!

We recently had water dripping from our ceiling that is directly below 2 air handlers. I did some troubleshooting myself but couldn't figure out the issue. After having a company come over and them not being able to find an issue, I called CCC and Grant showed up and took the problem head-on. He did a quick inspection, including going up in the attic to inspect the ductwork and couldn't find any issues up there. He asked if it was ok to cut the ceiling to see what was going on. He cut a very clean piece from the drywall and found the issue which was a bad PVC connection on the drain line. He repaired it and tested the connection for leaks afterwards. He was polite, curteous and knew what he was doing. I was very thankful to have called CCC and for the great work that Grant performed. I found out first-hand why CCC has so many good reviews on Angie's List and will be using them in the future.

I have a leak, so did require some refrigerant - additional cost. Service was very good - they called almost immediately after I purchased the special to arrange an appointment. Service person was very professional and prompt. Even added a length to my drainage pipe so that it would not become as easily clogged - no additional cost. I will very likely use their services again.

Great company to work with! Service appointment was made on same day. They came out in a tropical storm and serviced the unit. the tech went through all the possible issues with the unit, but it was ultimately decided that the thermostat needed replacement. For the service call, the unit and the advice the total bill was $173. They never pushed doing more work than necessary, and were very nice and timely. Definitely will be calling them again.

Outstanding experience with Certified Climate Control. We needed a new A/C unit. Our 23 year old unit was on it's last leg. I researched companies on Angie's List. After meeting with 3 companies and reviewing their estimates we chose CCC. We are now enjoying ice cold a/c and lower power bills. Great service by technician Luke! He was on time, professional and thorough. As I am very inquisitive regardiing the technical details of the service, Luke did not mind explaining to me what he was doing and why, also offering tips on routine maintenance events that could be easily performed by the resident.

Very professional and friendly. Dan went over my unit and ran diagnostics. He tested for leaks. He said my unit was still in fair condition for being 10 years old and did not need to be replaced at this time. He said unless my electric bills start going sky high or something on unit mechanically breaks down he sees no reason to replace it. Thanks Dan. I appreciate the honesty. I will definitely use Certified Climate Control for my A/C maintenance from now on.
