We were very happy with their work and the unit is running much more efficiently.

Ac check up went well, it works and should continue to work.

We had originally called to have routine Compressor and Air Handler Maintenance on our A/C units. We bought the house 5 years ago, and had never actually done anything other than change filters. Ralph was our first technician, who was thorough and courteous, taking time to check all aspects and perform a cleaning of the coils while still installed (discounted service for moderately dirty coils). Both units were operating normally and cooling better than ever. One week later, our main unit (upstairs where the bedrooms are) kicked off, and when the front panel was opened the cause was not obvious. When we called Certified Climate Control (CCC) about this matter, they took it very seriously, and sent a technician the next morning. Low and behold, a short was found inside the compressor, outside the house. This solved the problem. However, they did not stop there. Grant, our second service person from CCC, was very thorough, checking all additional wiring throughout the compressor and the main HVAC unit, finding several other potential issues that could have presented themselves in the future, potentially near future. We would call them again due to their professionalism, punctuality, and certainly their attention to detail.

Mike the ac tech came on 7/30/13 for a 24 point ac inspection. Arrived on time. He noted that the fan on the compressor was weak(which the ac stop cooling the night before ) . He tried troubleshooting it, but unfortunately it did not work. So he recommended a new fan motor, but for the mean while he offered to place a replacement until the new unit arrived the next day. The replacement motor was not compatible, but at least he tried. He arrived the next day at 11:00 am as scheduled. When he tried placing the moor it did not work( the unit motor was defective), but he quickly when back to get another one. Finally, he came back and was able to install it and the ac was cooling again. There were several inconveniences but Mike did not give up and got the job done. He was polite and professional.

Dan was on time, completed the service inspection of both units, left the area very clean on the inside and outside, recommended future services, and explained all recommendations.

It went very well. Ralph was the service guy that called prior to arriving and was very punctual. He was informative, polite, friendly, and very professional. He gave us tips on managing a couple of preventative problems. We appreciated his knowledge of air conditioning repair/maintenence.

Our AC system stopped working (the result of a poor system installed by another company about 3 years ago) on a VERY hot day and because of my asthma and diabetes we needed to get someone in right away. We found Certified Climate Control through Angie's list. We had dealt with another supposedly well known company that we vowed never to use again and are so thrilled that we found Certified Climate Control. They responded to our first call immediately and sent the most professional and caring AC technician Ralph we have ever met. Ralph came out and identified the problem and was going to come back to do some additional work. However, our system broke down the next night and we called the company at 11:30 PM. Not only were they responsive, but Ralph came out within the hour and stayed until he got the air up and running--it took several hours so he wasn't done until after 3 am. Thank you Ralph! This was major for us since I have asthma and diabetes and could not cope with a hot house. The repairs done that evening held us until today when Ralph returned to replace the motor, and identified the leak. The office personnel-Caitlin and Jody were extremely courteous and helpful in setting up our appointments and helping us get the work done. Most of all this company was RESPONSIVE and didn't tell me I would have to wait days or weeks to get the problem fixed. This was such a different experience from the other companies we have used over the years and we realize how many AC companies in our area are non-responsive, rude, unprofessional and ineffective. We have used several different companies with supposed 'big' reputations and larger companies. However, the commitment, quality, professionalism and caring demonstrated by our technician Ralph was ABOVE AND BEYOND what we have ever received from any AC company in Central Florida! Prices were reasonable, the work done was explained and it was obvious that there was concern for our situation. Our only regret is that we have only just found Certified Climate Control and wasted time and money with all those other companies that not only have rude technicians but drag you along for a repair job that takes weeks to complete. We are most appreciative of the excellent quality work performed by our technician Ralph and we are impressed that Certified Climate Control is a caring company that bothers to hire the best and most professional! We had gotten two estimates and chose Certified Climate Control. The owner who first came out was very professional and answered all of our questions. The installers appeared on schedule and were very efficient and professional. Setup, however became a problem because we had a zoned system with four zones. The unlucky,guy selected to straighten it all our worked diligently and made several contacts to get the info he needed. We finally needed a new part which was received , installed and it is working quite well now. All in all, we were VERY PLEASED! We would do it all over again, but hope we don't have to. :-)

I would refer Certified Climate Control, they were very good. We haven't had any problem, they've been back few times to fix certain things, we do get a warranty. Their price was good, we did some comparison with others. They were on time.

The tech (Dan) was very professional. He called ahead to let me know what time he would be here and was actually early. He completed all the tasks include in the tune up package that I paid for and pointed out a couple of things that I could do to keep my AC working at top performance. (even though it is 30 + years old) He also gave me an estimate to replace the entire system for one that would be more efficient. The price for the new system installed was competitive compared to other estimates I have received. I would recommend this company as they don't seem to want you to spend more money than needed to keep you cool. This was a very pleasant experience.

It turned out fine. He just came and checked the air conditioning and so it wasn't anything extensive, there was never anything wrong that needed to be fixed at this time. It was just more of a checkup. He came when he said he was and did it and took about the appropriate amount of time. This is the first time I am using them. He did have some suggestions that in the future that I might need done. They are on time. They are average. I would use them again.

The man was nice. He was very thorough-they put fluid in the lines and performed test. He knew what he was doing. I was very impressed.

Greg was very professional and informative. Went above and beyond service for typical tune up. For example, sealed cracks where air could escape which should have been done by installers (different company). He also spent time explaining what he was doing and was not in a rush to leave. I felt like a valued customer and will not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Very accomidating with scheduling an was on time. Offered to clean the AC coils for an extra $300 dollars. Explained why the Freon cost so much for the AC. AC has been working very well after service.

Every aspect of the experience with Certified Climate Control was great....from my initial phone conversation with Jodi to schedule my appointment to the service tech, Dan. Dan was punctual, friendly, thorough and respectful of my time and my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely call them again.

There was a Angie's List special that was not on Angie's List page. Which I thought was pretty nice. They were prompt the service technician Dan was extremely pleasant and professional. And he was making suggestions on things we could do to prevent problems in the future. We will use them again in the future.

The experience was good. They did what they were supposed to do for the price we had decided. They did what they proposed. They were very responsive. It went as we planned, so that was a good experience for me.

Washed down coils with water hose. checked and topped off "freeze-on" gas. checked pitch of the over flow drain pipe.

They gave me a very good quote. The only problem I had with them is that they need to put a little more detail on the quotes they provide. That kinda turned me off a little bit. They only had a 1-year labor warranty so decided to go with the other. They gave me a little detail when I asked for the quote.

The process was painless (minus the few days of excruciating heat in the house), and started out with a technician from CCC coming out on a Saturday to check out our ancient A/C unit that wasn't cooling the house. After further review of the of the old unit,the technician told us it was time to put the beast to rest and pointed out the reasons why it was no longer cooling. The technician gave us a recommendations on what should be done and told us to call the corporate office to schedule an appointment for a team to come out and replace the old A/C system with a new and improved one. Jodi, from the corporate office, was spectacular to deal with. She answered all the questions I had and went above and beyond her call of duty as far as customer service goes. She quoted me with the price of the entire service (including tax, tag, and title and minus Angie's List discount) and told me exactly when to expect the team to install the new unit on Tuesday. After a few brutal days of Florida heat and no cool air flowing through the house, the team from CCC came with the new unit and supplies almost an hour before the time Jodi told me of 10:30 am. They started immediately, and finished by 3:30 pm. The team of two were super efficient, very cleanly, and most importantly clear with the explanation of all the new devices once they finished the work. Additionally, they told us we qualified for a $150 rebate from the electric company and assisted us with the paperwork. Overall, I was very happy with the entire process of purchasing and installing a new A/C unit from Certified Climate Control and highly recommend them for any of your A/C needs. UPDATE: After a couple of months with the new A/C, we noticed that our monthly electricity bill went down by at least $100 a month! We are so happy that our old unit died, and needed to get this new money saver!!

This was the best possible experience I could have asked for. The technician was very prompt, courteous, and fast. I felt the job was fairly priced, actually a lot less than I anticipated. I called for service in the morning and Ralph was out to my home by mid- afternoon. What other company can get a technician out to your home on the same day you called for service during the month of July in Florida no less? If Ralph happens to be your technician you're in good hands. Would I recommend this company to friends and family? Would I call this company again for service? The answer is yes, yes, YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Certified Climate Control, you have a customer for life. (I'm sure I'm one of many)

We just bought a home and found that we had water leaking from our conditioner and called CCC. They were able to send out someone the same day and they were supposed to arrive around 2-4 PM. Luckily he was able to come earlier and quickly found the source of the water. Rafael explained what was going on and checked other parts of the system to make sure their were no other problem which there was. He found that a fan was not working and did not have the exact size replacement, but a larger one did fit so we chose to go with that one. We were very impressed with our service and Rafael took time to answer all the questions we had about the air conditioning system. We have no issues recommending them for similar service. The only negative I have is the cost of the fan motor. $350 seems a bit pricey but of course they cannot carry every replacement and we wanted the AC fixed so Rafael was able to make it work.

We cannot say enough good things about Certified Climate Control. Our family's much awaited moving day arrived on July 4th. We were finally able to move back into our home after living out of state for a year. Much to our dismay the air conditioner was not working. July in Florida is miserable without air conditioning, add in the physicality of moving in and you have one completely unbearable day. Around 1 pm we called the company (ARS) who had installed and maintained the air conditioner for the previous owner. They promised to come out that day and would have their tech call 30 minutes before arrival. We called back several times and were told they would be there.When we asked for an estimated time of arrival they would not give one and never showed up. We called Certified Climate Control early on July 5th. They were booked up but promised to fit us in as soon as they could. To my surprise their tech, Mike, called around 8 am to tell us he was on his way. He was awesome and had the air conditioner up and running in 10 minutes. Their professionalism, quick response, and customer service sold us on them. They will be receiving all of our HVAC business.

It was excellent. I would use them again.
