Installers arrived within expected time period and were very friendly and professional. I had a problem with my thermostat and they dispatched a service manager to address the problem. All contact both in-person and on the was conducted in a courteous and professional manner. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Earliest appointment was on a Sunday, but they called Friday and had a cancellation on Saturday so they came early. Gary was our tech, and he was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. Diagnosed the problem quickly and made suggestions for fixing it. He got right on it and had our unit flowing must better within the hour. We appreciated their service and will definitely be calling them again when our AC needs work.

My AC stopped cooling last week and I called CCC on Thursday, as I had a really strong referral and the Angie's List reviews backed it up. Given that it's July, the busiest time of the year, the earliest they could come out was Sunday. While not happy with it, I totally get it, so I had no problem with it. (There are other reviews where reviewers fault the company for not being able to come that same day; those reviewers are idiots. Successful companies are usually busy companies.) Josh, the repairman, called Sunday morning and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early. EARLY! Of course. Josh came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as a burnt-out capacitor. He did warn me that my fan might have problems once the capacitor was in, but that he wouldn't know until he had installed it. He replaced the capacitor and it was smooth sailing. The fan worked fine, so no additional work was needed. Josh was able to tell me about the condition of my unit, if/when I should expect problems, etc. I don't know anything about AC units (except what I can google), and he honestly could have taken advantage of my ignorance like many companies would. I'm always a little scared when I have to call in a new repairman or mechanic; as a layperson, there are just too many unscrupulous companies out there. Instead of taking advantage of me, Josh fixed a relatively inexpensive problem this time around, and that means CCC will have a return customer. Being able to trust a company is so rare. In addition, Josh was respectful of my house, did a thorough check of my whole system, and he was even nice to my dog. On a side note, Josh mentioned that CCC takes good care of its employees. I value that trait in a company. If it's important to you, too, then CCC is a good choice.

This company is well staffed with professional and knowledgeable employees, from the front office to the techs in the field. They are courteous, helpful with suggestions during phone calls and service calls, and on time for appointments. I would highly recommend Certificate Climate Control.

Better than expected. We've been using CCC for 4 yrs. Techs are good with people and they know their product/industry, and do a great job of educating us about our unit. Ours is an old unit and they're really good about helping us do what we can, working with our budget, to extend the life of our A/C as much as we can. We love that they respect our home by being very clean about their work and feel like the techs always take good care of us.

My 20 year old A/C finally decided to quit working My parents had used them for a new A/C several years ago and recommended them to me. As they had a summer special going on, I thought I'd give them a try. Prompt response and meeting set up with Mike (who actually remembered my parents). He advised of different options/upgrades that were available, without any pressure to try to sell me anything I didn't need. Got the system I needed and install was set up for a few days later. Unfortunately, a few days in Florida summer without A/C is a lifetime. They offered a portable cooling unit at no charge, which I gladly accepted. Installation took the full day. The technician fully explained the wifi thermostat and made sure everything was in order and cleaned when done. The office called me the next day to schedule a follow up visit in a couple of weeks to make sure everything is in working order. They also took care of the Duke energy rebate, all I had to supply was my acct #. Received a follow up letter thanking me for the business, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend these guys for A/C install. I will begin using them for annual check-ups as well, as I had such a positive experience with them.

My A/C unit is about 5 years old and they have taking great care of me. This past week (late Friday) the system was not keeping up like it should. Schedules were full, but they were here by 9am Sunday and got things back working enough to test for leaks. By Wednesday late morning the system was falling behind again, but they were here by 4pm. The new coil is being replaced Friday to have me ready for the Florida summer... Both Paul & Josh walked me through the what ifs and what to expect for cost for each option i had. I would also suggest to sign up for the service agreement, it will save you some money in the long run. Thanks!!

I signed up for Certified Climate Control's service plan that include's a HVAC tune-up every 6 months. CCC calls to remind us when a service call is due and the technician spends several hours make sure that everything is running to maximum efficiency. The monthly payment of $11.95 is automatically charged to my credit card. I'm very happy that I signed up for this.

The HVAC replacement went wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this company. The two installers were friendly, professional and hard-working. I recommend this company without any hesitation.

From start to finish a great experience. Workers on time and professional throughout the installation. Explained each step and instructed my wife and I about operating new heat pump system. Very happy with this purchase. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a/c work.

Recently had an AC replacement and complete replacement of old and inadequate ductwork in the attic of the house we just bought. Our new system is a 2 stage 4 ton 18 SEER, and it is amazing. This is the best AC company in the area. The people that work for this company are the best...friendly, professional, and always prompt. Also I have been on their maintenance plan for a few years and kept the older AC system in our last house running smoothly.

If only all my vendors followed these folks business model! I knew we were due a new air unit so I did my research to prepare. There was one thing that everything I found and read agreed on. It's not so much the brand these days, other than the warranty and seer rating. The key to a successful purchase is the prep and way the unit is installed. Especially the prep to be sure the rest of the system is in good condition and that your getting the right size unit for your home. Then it's all about the quality of the install. My next step was to use Angie's list to find the 3 top rated vendors in my area. Well I already had one that I'd been using who was in that top 3 and I was happy with. Certified was one of the other 2 I found and picked. I was leaning towards my existing vendor but these guys really did stand out in the crowd. They have this down to a science. Greg, the fellow who came to do the quote arrived on time and called to let me know he was on his way. He was a real pro. He spent a good hour checking out the existing system and even insisted on getting up in the attic to check out the size of the return and make sure the ducts all looked good. Neither of the other 2 vendors did anything like this. I was impressed. And especially when he told me he would want me to put in a bigger return duct and that some of the ducts had suffered some damage over the years, likely from the cable or phone guys, and that he would be wanting to repair them. He went over everything with me piece by piece, why I need it or should consider it, until he was confident I actually understood what he was talking about. He mapped out a complete strategy and explained how everything would get done and get me the best system for my home. And the whole system would feel like new and not like we just slapped a patch on it. All very impressive. I had already gotten one quote so had a good idea what to expect and I was convinced this quote would be way higher than that. To my surprise he quoted me a 18 seer unit instead of a 16 seer like the other guy. Included all the costs to do the upgrades and repairs he wanted to do and too my total surprise came in a more than a few hundred bucks less. He was giving me everything and more for less. Then my existing vendor came the following day and he just couldn't match up to the product and price and fell short on the warranty as well. When I told him what I got quoted and for what and the amount and type of prep work these guys did he admitted it was a good deal and he couldn't quite match it. The install was set up for the following week and it went about as smooth as I could have hoped for. The team of 2 showed up on time, scoped out everything, made a plan and followed through all day long. They were very respectful of my property, asked me first if they wanted to move something or if I had an option to have something done in a particular way. They took time to answer all my questions and while they worked steady through the day I didn't feel like they were rushing anything and that they were taking the time to do it right. Again, you just had to be impressed with their knowledge base and experience. They were real pros. When they finished they went over everything and what we needed to do for maintenance and how to use the new fancy dancy wi fi thermostat. And then they cleaned up after themselves and left my garage looking like it looked when they arrived. Amazing! A few weeks later they send out someone to inspect all the work that was done, make some minor break-in type adjustments and answer any questions I might have. He spent about an hour and half here checking everything. Like I said these guys have this down to a fine science and left me feeling like we got a great deal and made all the upgrades and repairs on a major improvement to our home and comfort for years to come. And we'll rest easy with a 12 year parts and labor warranty. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, from the ladies who set the dates and times for everything to all the guys who made sure everything went according to the plan. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be sure this major improvement to your home gets done right and at a fair price.
