The unit was unable to produce any heating. Grant spent many long hours in replacing the inner sections of both the air handler and the parts of the unit itself. He was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Unlike the other provider, CCC gave me a three year warranty on the units. I recommend them highly.

They were very responsive after purchasing the Big Deal and punctual. They actually called me 30 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were coming. The technician was here for three hours and was very thorough! He took the units apart and there was one thing that wasn't working properly with the breaker and they actually replaced it for free. They did a wonderful job! I was very happy and impressed with their service. I would definitely hire them again. I felt they were very honest.

Everyone we came in contact with at this company was knowledgable, prompt and professional. They called ahead as a reminder each time and arrived on time. Service was competed in one day. I would recommend this company and use them again in the future.

I had an older central air system than was a geothermal unit (3 ton an a 2 ton) which several companies came to look at and give estimates to replace. Some didn't want to take on the difficult job and the ones that did said it would take several days and thousands of dollars more. From the start CCC was honest and knowledgeable and said that they would send two crews to do the job in ONE day to my surprise. Well they did EVERYTHING they said they would do. The installers were extremely polite and careful and clean. The people in the office are wonderful as well. They have a customer for life. Its reassuring that customer service is not dead.

The service went well. Member has used service provider before at his secondary home.

He is such a great technician, extremely courteous and servicing. He made several recommendations regarding proper use and maintenance of the equipment. He even covered a raccoon hole that was beneath the external units. I'd recommend his work very dearly.

Great provider use for all my rentals. Fast efficient and by far most knowledgeable in the county. I have used them all and these guys are light years ahead of anyone.

Adjusted the heating element and recommending removing indoor filters for better flow of air. Promised improvement. Unfortunately no improvement was had. It took over two hours for the temperature to go from 70 to 72 degrees with the heat on. Obviously, the heater is not sufficient for the sq. footage. Installed the UV light shield in one unit. Filters in the units were not UV rated and deteriorated. Even says on the filter do not expose to UV light. Replaced two of three filters because that is all he had. Tried to find UV rated filters. Could not. So, he replaced them with new filters (the same non UV rated filter that came out of the unit). Short one filter, he used the best of the deteriorated filters in the last unit. Checked the unit with the fan problems and said it needed new motor and circuit board. He would get me a price and call back. That was two weeks ago! Finally called office and they had him call me. Said he had left me messages, but he wasn't sure he had the right contact number. The contact number was on the invoice. He left no messages for me or anyone else. Instead of explaining the quote he just said it would be $1,218.32 (not exact figure). I heard $1,200 + and told him I would need to get a second opinion. He said okay as if he were in a hurry. In fairness to the tech, he was handling a problem that was left long overdue by the company. He was professional when he was here and seemed to be trying his best to help. It was unfortunate that he was shorthanded with filters and did not diagnose the heater problem properly. What made it intolerable was not getting back to us on the unit with the fan problem. It was our Master Bedroom heater and we spent several night in the cold because of the neglect. I think he was trying his best to help, but this was the second time I have called CCC out and there was to be follow up in a day and never received a call back. Both times it meant money to their company and they didn't follow through at all. The lower rating for price was for the $1,200+ estimate, not the $59 diagnostic charge (which is very low)

Naturally, their whole thing is to upgrade and upsell you something but other than that, it was fine. He didn't high-pressure me. He was very professional and everything. If I would need anything, I would use them again for sure. It was excellent pricing.

Punctual, the cost came in lower that the estimate and added a few components that have increased the efficiency of my heat pump.

Everything turned out fine. Scheduling went well. They seemed personable and they were very honest with what was going on with the AC unit.

It went very well. 2 technicians showed up on time and worked most of the day getting everything hooked up and working properly. Once the unit was running there was a whistling sound from an air return and a technician opened up the vent openings until the whistling stopped. I was very satisfied with the way things went.

Made an appointment to have a tech inspect my HVAC situation. Was told of my issues and the cost to repair. He made the recommendation to replace the entire system based on his assessment. Was prompt and helpful although I opted not to use them to do the work at the time. Prices quoted were comparable with other quotes I got at a later time.

I got what I was expecting for the service.

Everything went fine from my first email inquiry & scheduling until the tech finished. Josh called about an hour before the appt. time to verify I would be home and gave a gps estimated arrival time. He arrived as promised and went straight to work. He was friendly & professional and appeared to be doing a thorough job. When he was finished he went over some basic maintenance suggestions and advised of their service/maintenance plans, though wasn't trying to push a sale. All in all a positive experience.

These guys are really, really good. They are off the hook! They are very thorough, completely accurate with regards to meeting expectations, professionalism, quality of the work they did and flexibility. They were like, on the money. It was the best service and they still beat the price. Straight "A"s across the board! They last came earlier in the summer. It cost forty seven hundred.

Certified Climate Control were excellent. They've given us the best cleaning and servicing on the air conditioning system that I've ever had. The people who come out are excellent. They're friendly, knowledgeable. My husband works during the day and I'm home. I don't feel uncomfortable at all with them coming into the house. I'm very, very pleased with them.

Grant was the technician that did the maintenance check up on the system. He was very pleasant and informative. He explain and answered all of my questions. I was very please with the service I received from this company. I will be using this company for future services.

So far so good - All units in great working order - The guys cleaned up after they left & you would have never known they were at our home. I had been putting off this purchase as long as I could but am extremely happy to finally replaced our 3 old units with new ones.

I talked to them over the phone and they were nice. The quote was good although it was a little high.

They told me that based on the fact that when in heating mode, the pressure was too high and it was caused by the expansion values in both outdoor units were not working properly. The tech (and later his supervisor) should me the pressure levels. They were indeed too high. Their Solution: Replace both expansion valves. Cost: over $900. Wanting a second opinion, I contacted a neighbor who had a HVAC business for over 30 years. He disagreed with the diagnosis saying that if the expansion value was bad (closed), then the inlet pressure would be very low as well. But the inlet pressure was normal. (He should me the meter readings.) That told him that the expansion value was not defective. He diagnosed the problem to be caused by too much refrigerant in the system. He removed some to get normal high (and low) pressure readings. Subsequently the system worked perfectly. So if I paid the $900+ to CCC, my system would have worked fine as CCC guaranteed it would, not because they replaced the values but because they would have recharged the system to the proper refrigerant pressure levels. As a side note, duty filters in the air handler could also cause the high pressure. But the first technician failed to mention that or even check the filters. (It turns out that they were very dirty, but that was not the root cause of the over-pressure situation.) The lesson here is: before you spend a lot of money on a contractor, get a 2nd or even 3rd quote!
