They came on time the day they said, 3/31/14. Installation took 7 hours and they kept saying it was an easy job? The apprentice he had install the thermostat did not know what he was doing and the main installer had to come back inside and reprogram and reinstall it as it was not working properly. After they left we noticed that we could still not keep the house cool even setting it at 73 degrees. This went on for that night and the next day until evening when I decided to go out and look at the outside unit to see if there was anything wrong. Low and behold the fan inside the unit was laying on the bottom of the unit. I quickly turned it off and called them and they sent out a service manager right away. Evidently he lives in our neighborhood. Anyway, the two installers never attached the fan properly to the unit so no air was blowing into the house! A few more days went by and again we couldn't get it cold inside the house without turning the thermostat down to 72 degrees. The Duke Energy guy was here doing our energy survey and he even said, I should not be sweating in here with a thermostat that says 72 degrees. I called them again and they sent out another crew who said that the new condensate pipe to the exterior was clogged and had to be flushed. I asked why the first crew didn't do that when they installed it the first time, he said theyjust don't. That the service he provided would have cost me a $75 service call but they were doing me a favor by flushing it out for me? My biggest complaint is that the crew that did this installation did not check to make sure everything was working properly before they left, and did not flush the new condensation line that they put in. Also the final inspector from Certified Climate Control had to reset the thermostat again to make sure it stayed on Auto so we don't have to keep adjusting it, it automatically cools down to a certain degree by day and time. The first crew never showed this to us. The good thing is that they did come out promptly when they were called back to fix things. The bad thing is that they had to fix things like that in the first place. Especially carelessly installed items.

they were extremely professional and explained how everything would work. Got the permit, got the inspectors lined up, and ultimately got a huge rebate from OUC. Also fixed some other issues they found when installing the unit. They were great and I would highly recommend them. They even have a quality check of the work before the city inspector so there will be no problems. They also swept up their mess and returned items to where they were before they moved them.

AMAZING!! From the initial contact, installation and follow ups. ( I had used them for maintenance of my old system.) Everyone was extremely helpful, nice and efficient. A few minor issues that other companies would have made me miserable over were just not a problem for this company. They bend over backwards to make sure everything works and you are happy and do it on a timely basis. This company is a rare find in this day and age. I didn't think this type of company existed anymore.

I hadn't had the heat pump serviced in 3 yrs. I anticipated a hard sell since my units are over 15 years old. Didn't happen. Everything went fine. Suggested 3 other services that didn't need to be done immediately. Very happy with service. Excellent communication on service reps part. Would definitely use again.

Our 15 year old unit was not cooling properly. Grant, our technician, found the leak and added freon. We are up and running for several months which will give us time to replace our unit. Grant was very professional and courteous as well as very knowledgeable.

They were excellent. They were great in communicating before the job, time they were coming and follow up. Lucky, Tom were the installers. They used drop cloths to protect the carpet, etc.

This was a great experience. The services was a good price, the repairman was helpful and friendly, and we have no complaints. A+!

The tech checked my a/c unit per the Angies Deal and found I needed a capacitor for the motor. Installed the capacitor at an additional charge for the part of $163.75. This is an $8.00 part. Tech said he could not charge unit unless he cleaned it first (at a cost of $365.00). Said he put in one lb of freon per Angies Deal (I did not see this happen). I was advised if I cleaned the unit myself, I could have them come back for another charge and pay $74.00 per lb. for R-22 which only cost $10.00/lb. Upon calling the company, they agreed to refund my $163.75 which they did six days later. Warning to all Angies List users: Contractors love to over charge based on so-called "industry standards"! There are contractors that use fair pricing for parts & materials, but you won't find them here!

They did okay, but nothing special. Basically they said, "You need a new AC." and then I had someone else come look at it a couple of days later and they cleaned it out, and actually did a tune-up and then it lasted six more months before I needed a new AC.

Actually perfect! They were wonderful, they were reputable, i have relatives who are out of States and my servicemen actually had me re quote him what he was saying with my Ipad so i could text them. We were low on refrigerant, he explained the whole process why we were having some of the symptoms that we were having, then they contacted providers of our AC units, got the part replaced under warranty and then provided a discounted labor fee because we were Angie's List customer. They were on time, courteous, always called and let me know where he was. He showed me how everything was fixed and let me get it in my Ipad so i could show my family members.

The technician was very thorough, and educational and informative; more so than the Duke Energy guy. Very pleasant young man, hard-working and knowledgeable, and professional.

Since my appointment was around 5 pm on the Monday April 7th, it was too late in the day for him to get the part, but I am sure if it was earlier he would have had no problem. He called in the order and a price quote, and their office called me back the next day to let me know what it was. We agreed that they will be out on Thursday between 4 and 6 which was fine with me...and since the weather was nice it was ok not to have the Air Conditioner on for a couple of days. Jason the Tech who showed up promptly at 4 p.m. was very kind and knowlegeable. While he was waiting for me to get there he took the time to do the tune-up ouside of my house. He installed the part to my fan in no time and explained to me that the extual Board should have been sealed with some sort of silicone by the company who initiallly installed the Air Conditioner that is why it went bad.. I questioned him on why the motor cost so much and he explained that the part is a pattened part and the manufacturer sets their price. But all in all I was very pleased with the time he spent to explain everything to me.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They came out within two weeks after I bought the Big Deal. It was a good price.

I didn’t like that they didn’t bother to clean the filters in the air conditioners. I asked them to change the filter in the main conditioner which they did. I didn’t realize until afterwards that they didn’t clean all of the filters. I wouldn’t use their service again.

Grant was very informative about what he was doing...He explained what the normal standards are and what some of the off standards meant. He was also honest enough to put the work that needed to be done on a priority list.....He quoted me the prices Certified Climate Control would charge me if I decided to have them do it.....It also included the Angies List discount... Grant had the patience to explain the difference between thermostats so I would have a full understanding about their programs and appearances... I would definitely recommend the company and Grant particularly....

The young man did a very through job, was polite, and wore booties when he came in from the outside. They installed a new A/C unit approximately two years ago and the unit surpassed our expectations. I highly recommend them.

CCC showed up right on time, with the required equipment, and walked us through a detailed maintenance package that we accepted, for day in and day service. Highly recommend! I look forward to working with them for years!
