Certified Climate Control

My air handler was frosting up and the unit was not cooling the house so I called CCC for emergency service. Josh arrived at my house at the time given to me, and promptly explained the services that he would be performing. After checking the condenser unit, Josh was able to determine that the schrader core was leaking freon, and suspected that it was the most likely cause of the system not cooling and frosting. After replacing the schrader core and adding freon, Josh explained that the TXV (thermostatic expansion valve) could also be faulty due to a higher than normal superheating temperature, and suggested that I keep an eye out for any further cooling issues. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by CCC and would not hesitate to use them again.

My wife and I came back from a vacation to a broken Air Conditioner. We were able to get it working temporarily again but purchased an AC tune up deal through Angie's List. Within an hour of purchasing the deal, CCC contacted us to schedule an appointment. The day of the service came and the technician arrived a little late due to a lengthy previous job. The appointment was scheduled for between 3-5p.m. and he arrrived around 6p.m. Even though it was late in the day, the technician still took his time and made sure to perform a thorough inspection of all components. He walked me through terminology, parts and ways to help our AC perform better in the future. He discovered that we had a significant leak that will eventually need to be repaired. He put refridgerant in the AC to help it cool the house in the mean time until we can schedule the repair. He was very patient, friendly and helpful as well as highly knowledgeable. Our home cools much better now and we are thankful for the good service we received from CCC.

They didn't change the filters in the units which I would have like, but overall I'm satisfied with the service.

Amazing!!! Last year another company serviced my AC and I was satisfied but Jason and Certified Climate Control was outstanding! Especially for the $49 fee. I chose them because I thought my 12 year old unit might need replacing some day soon and they were the only company that actually showed their new system prices for all to see right on their website. I figured they must be pretty competitive. Jason spent about an hour inside and out and did what I believe was a very thorough job. Much more so than previous techs. He also talked to me about several options that "improve" performance but was honest enough to indicate that for a unit this old it might be questionable. There was no hard sell and I think he was extremely honest and ethical. Hopefully my old AC will last a few more years, but when it passes I think Certified will be the first call I make.

They were very professional. The technician was efficient in the appointment and right on time. They gave us a good bid to put in an AC unit but they were busy so we could not get a new AC unit for almost 3 weeks and we needed it sooner.

Gentleman showed and was very professional. I showed him where all the equipment was and he went to work. after completion he gave me an easy to understand summary to include recommendations. He took photos and explained how the unit was performing. He did a great job.

The Tech was clean, informative, and on time. He serviced our AC unit and made some suggestions and recommendations on what a homeowner should do to keep the system working at top performance and to extend the life of your AC unit. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

2 vendors were offering the same "Big Deal." Each had the same picture in the ad. I mistakenly chose and paid for the service, thinking it was Aurora AC of Orlando fl. Instead it was the other vender. So I also purchased the service of. Aurora AC. They came on time and performed excellent service. I am very happy with them.

Billy, the technician, was punctual, polite and very thorough. I would highly recommend Certified Climate Control for your AC repairs and general maintenance needs.

We scheduled the special deal for $49 that they were running with Angies List for two separate houses. Both appointments went great. They arrived at both houses an did the ful ceck up. The technicians called before arrival and arrived promptly at their appointmnt times. They put shoe covers on everytime they came into the house to check the wall unit. They stopped and explained every step they were doing whenever I would come by to check on them. At both houses they ended up finding issues. They offered to replace the parts and gav me a quote right then. After they finished their inspetion they asked if I wanted to do the repairs.They carried all the necessary parts on their truck and took payment at the tme of the repair. They replaced a capacitor and a motor for a reasonable price. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great jobon the repairs. We have had n issues. I highly recommend them for their A/C services.

They did a good job. They showed up on time, honored the estimate and finished when they said they would. They were the most competitively priced as well.

They were not pushy but spent time explaining what was needed and gave me options. I would definitely use their services again.

These guys did a great job across the board, from servicing to assessment to product specification to installation and post-install checks. It was a full day's job for two of their workers and involved working in the attic, hanging off the side of the house to run wider coolant piping, digging up a 100 lb concrete slab... oh and installing a heat pump. The spec and sale meeting was great, and everything was explained to us clearly, along with why going with the top-end system was overkill for us. The workers showed up about an hour later than the start of the work window, which wouldn't have been that big a deal, but we knew it was going to be a big job and would take a lot of time; Maybe they underestimated it. But they put in the time until dark and didn't leave anything unfinished. They sent someone for a follow-up inspection a week later, and came up with three small things that needed to be corrected, which were fixed a week later. The work done was of high quality and passed county inspection with flying colors. Now, with the temps hitting 97° this weekend, the system has been running perfectly, with better airflow distribution to all the rooms, and doesn't seem to be overworking. Power bills have been more stable so far since the replacement; we'll see what happens now that the hot season is here. All in all, we wholeheartedly recommend CCC for HVAC system maintenance and replacements.

Certified Climate Control quickly contacted me to schedule the appointment, it was very easy to get our appointment schedule within the week we purchased the deal. My husband was home with the technician showed up and he let me know that the technician was very professional, seemed knowledgeable and provided some advice on keeping the area around our unit trimmed and free of debris for best performance. We did end up paying for an additional lb of refrigerant on top of the Big Deal but the price for the additional lb seemed reasonable based on my research on the cost of refrigerant. Before they came to check out my A/C, our unit was blowing luke warm air throughout our house and was running all the time. After he refilled the refrigerant our A/C has been nice and cold.

Everything went very well with the AC tune up that they had done. I had no complaints and this was done on a rental property. Communication with this company was very good.

Called and came promptly. Did a good job and was very professional Technician found the source of problem for the unit with no problem. Took the time to explain each item that needed to be replaced and even sent pictures to my husbands smartphone so he could see the issues.

The service gentleman (Billy) arrived shortly before 1:30 (appointment was originally for 2:00 but they called and said they could be there earlier). He got right to work and spent a good 3 hours working on the AC's. He came and got me each time he opened one of the units to show me exactly why the coils needed cleaning. I felt comfortable with him in my home - his respect and attitude was very much appreciated by both myself and my wife. Nice guy - good job.

The only issue I had was when he went into the attic to check on the ducts because the readings were off, he discovered that the previous owners had stuck a piece of material through the duct to close it off to redirect to other rooms. He took it out and brought it down to show me and said that the attic was now being air conditioned. I thought he was joking and he left. I recently went up because of another reason and found that the air conditioning was definitely coming out of the hole he left when he took out the material that was blocking it. So, I quickly tried to put something over the hole until we can put duct tape over it. I guess he was wanting me to set up another appointment to fix the hole, but he didn't say anything. He just said that air conditioning was now escaping into the attic and left.

Certified Climate Control is an amazing company which deserves much more than an "A" rating! Their professionalism and customer care was far above and beyond anything I have ever experienced even from the "A" rated companies on Angie's List. In a word, they are PHENOMENAL! When my 24-year-old air-conditioning unit finally quit, I got a referral from a retired air conditioning repairman who referred me to Certified Climate Control. Unlike representatives from other companies I Interviewed, the salesman was straightforward, honest, and quoted me a fair price. The installers were considerate and professional. I was particularly impressed at how they dealt with my crazy neighbor. It was bad enough that he let his pit bull run loose while they were working on the outside part of the air conditioning unit, but he even had the audacity to come over to my house and taunt the installers to prove that he had more knowledge about air conditioning. I was quite impressed at how the CCC installers ignored him and just kept on assembling the unit in preparation for installation while I told him politely to go home. The installers worked very efficiently and thoroughly explained how to use the air-conditioning unit, as did the gentlemen from CCC who came two weeks later to follow up. Even the secretaries in the office did an extraordinary job of communicating with me exactly when the salesman, installers, and inspectors would come over to my house. This made it very easy for me to schedule time off from work. Certified Climate Control even filed all of my warranty and Duke Power rebates,which the other companies said that it I would have to do myself. Certified Climate Control is an amazing company and made the entire experience of replacing an air conditioning unit very easy. I highly recommend them!

Jason tested the existing system and diagnosed the compressor as shut. He gave two options of repair or replace both reasonably priced and matched for my need. Took me a while to decide and compare other providers. All my questions were answered clearly and professionally. Job was done by Ivan very clean, courteous, professional and on time. He left nothing to chance and changed all questionable wires and switches satisfactorily. I saved a bunch using Angie's coupon and expecting Duke Energy rebate as well. I told Jason about the AC problems at my other house. He offered a complimentary diagnosis which he has done now and will come back to fix in a couple of weeks. I will definitely return to leave a review once that project is done.

Scheduled to have AC units reviewed for first time in new house. The tech, Billy, called before appointment time and let me know he was running late. This was not a problem for us. They had provided a 2 hour window earlier. He showed up and went to work explaining to my wife what he was doing. Very professional and very courteous. Reviewed inside air handlers and outside units and recorded measurements and setup. Provided me advice on filters and promised a follow up on our thermostat question we had. I will definitely be using them again and would appreciate getting the same tech as well. Already recommended them to my neighbors who are in the same situation as it is a new neighborhood and we all are needing to have our units looked at. Also, when I called the office, they let me know of their special on the Angie's List site for the $49 Tune up so they get extra points for pointing this out before they perform the service!
