I had them come out to do a tune up and had a previous issue of the a/c blower not turning on, they diagnosed that I needed a Blower relay. They fixed the issue and also went over some maintenance recommendations. They are coming back next week to do a blower pull and cleaning and they are also installing a UV light to kill the bacteria, algae etc. I signed up for there service plan which is an awesome deal and I would recommend it to anyone. It included my UV light for free and my yearly tune ups.

We purchased the A/C tune up Big Deal 3 weeks prior and hadn't heard back. I sent in a request to call me because I was unhappy that it was taking so long. .A very sweet young woman called me the same day apologizing profusely that there was an error inputting my phone number from the site onto their system. Once I understood the error, it was no big deal, and she was terrific in getting someone out the next business day. The tech called and let me know when he was on his way, and was very polite and efficient. Bless his heart, he was here for 2 hours and even helped seal a portion of the HVAC that wasn't sealed properly. He didn't hit me up for a new unit and gave me a clear report on how my A/C was doing for it's age. This company went above and beyond, and I will happily use them again in the future and have recommended them to several of my friends already. Thanks Certified Climate Control!

The service technician called to let me know he would be to my home approximately 15 minutes prior to arriving, which was at the previously appointed time. He was courteous and professional. He cleared the blockage in the drain line, cut open a panel beneath the air handler to vacuum the water that had accumulated there, and ensured that the unit was free of obstruction in the drain line and also in the drip pan. Ed also explained all of my options without pressuring to do anything above and beyond the $55 service call. I did ask for someone to come out and give me an estimate on what it will cost me to replace the unit when the time comes as my air handler is about 15 years old and was not well-maintained prior to my buying the home 5 years ago. I anticipated this problem potentially costing me much more out of pocket $$ to get resolved. I relied on the fact that this company had over 600 positive reviews on Angie's List and was not disappointed in the least. I highly recommend using Certified Climate Control for any projects/repairs.

Just Brilliant! I always had an uneasy feeling when the last a/c company I used to maintain my unit came around. Everyone they sent just seemed shady. Not so with CCC. They did a thorough inspection and made sure any mess that was made was cleaned up before he left. The previous company had told me I needed a couple of very expensive add ons and when I asked the CCC tech he told me I didn't need them at all. As a matter fact, he said my unit was in really good condition. I am totally satisfied and will be using them in the future for my maintenance and repair work. When the time comes for a new unit, they'll be getting my business as well.

CCC came out sooner than we originally scheduled because I was having an issue in addition to needing the tune-up. They didn't charge me extra to "diagnose" an issue, and I really appreciated their quick response. The technician was polite and I felt confident that he provided reliable and honest service. It turns out that I will be needing to have my system replaced (the possible repairs to my outdated AC aren't worth the cost) and I have scheduled CCC to come out and quote prices on a new system. The price the first tech quoted me for a bare-bones system seemed very reasonable, and I love that I get an Angie's List discount. I'm hoping that an energy-star appliance will be within my price range and I plan to do some research before they come out again. All in all I was very pleased with the service performed.

Went very well. Charles came and introduced himself and went right to work. found one minor problem and I was told what I can do to fix the problem. I (we) are now thinking about replacing the unit. We will have c. c. c. do the work. They did not pressure us at all.

The initial estimate was very high because they didn't estimate the work that I asked for, only a brand new unit. Once that was straightened out they were competitive in price. I picked them because they seem to be very expert technically. The office was very nice but there were a couple of communication issues between the tech and the office. It took almost two weeks to get information on the extended warranty and what I got was out of date. The person who sells the extended warranties is a different vendor and apparently not too anxious for the business. Ultimately I got a price quote that was about a third of the original cost so I passed. When the final inspection was scheduled, the contractor did not leave the right paperwork and the inspector had to return. When Certified send the paperwork electronically in preparation for the 2nd inspection it was missing information and wasn't signed or ready for inspection. When my wife called to point this out, they took care of it right away and the inspection went on with out any issue. I do recommend them as the work seems excellent. I think I got them at the peak of the season and maybe they were a little rushed on the paperwork side of the business. By the way the new unit had a bad capacitor and they took care of that right away.

The provider wouldn’t honor the deal. I needed a new window unit installed and they wouldn’t be able to provide that and they didn’t know of someone they recommend to do the service.

This tune-up turned into much more than that. Charles was so progressional and thorough. I recommend Certified whole-heartedly.

On time, very professional and thorough, made sure everything was working correctly and if I had any questions, I just asked him while he was here. Will definitely use them again!

Scheduled an appointment with provider for 9/9/2014. Provider called in advance to give us his ETA. Provider arrived on time. Performed a full A/C tune-up and gave us a full A/C report. We were very satisfied with the provider's efficiency and professionalism. We will definitely be calling this provider back to do our regular A/C maintenance.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay and good. They came out 3 days later because they were pretty popular. I bought the deal on Wednesday and they came on Friday so I was without A/C for a couple of days. They charged more because when they did the diagnosis, they found out that there was a condenser gone out on the air handler. I paid another $200 on top of the original deal I bought from Angie's List. I've never had a condenser replaced so I don't know what the cost would be. They answered the phone when I called but they had a backlog of clients. They were right on time.

CCC was great on communication and showed up at the beginning of the 2hr window they scheduled. Billy was knowledgeable and very thorough. I snagged a $55 service call deal from Angie's List and that cost was ultimately the deducted from the condenser cleaning I had him do. Great service and great service tech. I will call them again if I need AC work done.

CCC came out in July for a seasonal AC check-up and cleaned out the AC drain. The Sunday of Labor Day weekend our AC stopped working. We called CCC around 5:00pm on Sunday and they had a technician at our house by 9:00pm that same night to take a look. The best part was that they did not charge us any service fees despite being the Sunday night on a holiday weekend. We simply had to pay for the new capacitor to replace the one that had blown. They even gave a discount on the part. The technician had our AC working again by 9:30pm and did another system check to ensure everything else looked good with the unit before leaving. Living in Florida, it is essential to have a good "AC guy" that you can call when needed and trust they won't rip you off. We have found that reliable service and trust with CCC.

This was an all around great experience. From the person that scheduled the appointment, to the service guy (Billy) that came out. Billy was on time, professional and very patient. He was knowlegable about what he was doing and I was very pleased with his work.. There is a reason why this company has such high ratings. They are excellent. You may have to wait a few days for an appointment due to how busy they are, but it is worth it. I hired another company to fix the cooling issue back in February.. I went with that company because of how quickly they were able to get here. $300 later my unit was still not functioning properly. I wish I would have waited a few days for an opening at Certified Climate Control, but lesson learned. I would recommend anyone to this company. If you are searching for a good AC company, this is it.

Ernesto arrived right on time and immediately began working. He kept me informed as he cleaned and serviced each unit. I was impressed at how thorough he was. This service was done at a house being placed on the market. I have since scheduled another appointment with this company on the home we just purchased. I have requested that Ernesto be sent to do the service.

From first call for a quote to post-installation, my experience with Dave and CCC was absolutely wonderful and painless. They were what you expect of a company. Professional, Knowledgeable, Not Pushy, and performed quality work at a fair price. We definitely recommend CCC and would do business with them again.

It worked out well. Had a surge protector installed. I was glad to find out about that because I had lightning strike the house close to the area where the ac is located. Dan was one who came out. Each time he comes, he cleans out the inside of the older unit and removes the ground cover that’s growing inside it, as well as some of the outside area.

This company taught me that it is not always about the price, but the service and reputation of the company. I almost did not choose this company, and was going to pick the cheaper, lower value system. The reason I went with CCC was the customer service. They were the only ones to follow up with me after the in home quote, and even explained different companies and their HVAC systems. My sales rep came back a second time because I had some questions and concerns about the system to choose. If you want a company that you can count on to do the job correct the first time, and trust that you are getting the best equipment for your situation, then go with CCC.

I highly recommend this company. Their price was the best and I later found, upon agreeing to the contract, their customer service was terrific. I live out of town, and I really appreciate it when a contractor stays in good touch with me when they are doing work. I did not have to be present, but the residents in the home were, and Certified Climate Control explained very carefully how to care for the new AC unit. I appreciate this tremendously, as I don't live there and want the people that do live there to know how to operate and maintain the system. I was able to pay by credit card over the phone. The unit has been in for one year and there have been no problems. I just scheduled the one-year tune up with them, using their coupon. This company is great. I wish they would open up an office on the space coast of Florida. We need a good AC company in this area.

Dan arrived promptly, and performed 24-point A/C tune up and inspection. He found my system was slightly overcharged, so adjusted coolant. He also found dual capacitor had failed and contactor was burned at points. I elected not to have repairs done then - rather, decided to wait and let my AHS contract cover cost of repair. But would definately recommend Certified Climate Control to others needing A/C service. Dan was very professional and knowlegable.
