Certified Climate Control

We solicited proposals from 4 companies. Certified provided an 18 seer unit for what others were charging for 16 seer. Excellent installation. They replaced a thermostat that was bad out of the box, and we got a 10 year labor, 12 year parts warranty

The personnel from Certified Climate Control did an awesome job from the get go. From offering the best alternatives, to the price quote, to the flawless installation. The day I asked them to come over to my place, I had invited other competitors to compare quotes. The competitors looked at the quote and the product I was offered and left without even giving me their quote as they said so themselves, "we cant compete with that". From the price, to the warranty, to the service; this company deserves to be ranked high. I am very happy with the decision to hire them.

Our family highly recommends Certified Climate Control. We just call any time of the day or night any day of the year. A member of their very nice staff, including Jody, Jennifer, Kelley, Krystal, or Lindsey, is always there to answer the call and arrange to promptly provide the required service. They arrange for one of their highly trained professionals, like Josh, to provide excellent service. If new equipment is required, Mike will patiently provide detailed information about the different energy efficient systems they offer at very competitive prices with the best warranties in the business. The equipment will be installed by an expert, like Kevin, who will take his time to make sure everything is done correctly. He will then go over all operating instructions to make sure the customer understands every aspect of the system’s operation. Then, on a regular basis, we call and request Josh to do a service tune-up. Their technicians, like Josh, do an extensive inspection and testing of the entire system to keep it operating at peak performance which can provide big savings on electric bills and the most comfortable interior environment possible. Excellent customer service from the very nice individuals who answer the phone, installed the new unit, and do the annual checkups. The new 18 seer 5 ton unit is very quiet. The variable speed air handler makes the home so comfortable. The unit usually runs at 25% which saves us so much money on energy costs. You hardly know it is on. The warranty covers parts, labor, and freon. We live in Orlando, Florida where the humidity is high. However, this unit makes our home so comfortable. We highly recommend the product and staff.

CCC Crew is amazing 7 hours in and out. No mess. They Set up follow up appointment with their Quality Control Supervisor to review overall project and condition. Also included is a full AC tune up based on the work done. There was a unexpected deviation but these guys found the solution on the spot and marched through. Lucky and Adrian are the 2 techs that did the job, amazing men they know their proffesion extremely well. One stop shop for things related to HVAC. What was amazing is the project manager came out and sat with me and explained the whole process, he showed me how the math, formulation are done. I praised CCC when we chose them out of 3 bidders to replace 2 AC/Heating units. Today we had our 2nd annual preventive maintaince. This company is one of the best service providers we’ve ever used. They are everything you hope for. Efficient, hard working, very fair prices ( lower than most), polite workers. They gave us an appt within a week ( we were in no rush, just a PM). They gave us a 4 hour window ,then called that morning and were here within an hour of the estimate. We can’t say enough about how great they are.

CCC did some initial work for us 5 years ago when we first moved into our home (duct work, UV light, Skuttle AC Filter, etc.) and we have used them ever since. We have their Protection Plan and in my opinion, it's well worth the small price to have a working AC (and heat) unit when you need it. We all know that an AC unit won't last forever (especially in Central FL), but having the piece of mind that it has been checked-out and is working means a lot to me. The office personnel and on-site Technicians have always been very professional and courteous and I would highly recommend using Certified Climate Control.

UPDATE(11/1/2018): I misstated in my review that the HVAC was installed, it will not be installed but is scheduled to be installed after the renters leave. Well it seems after I reviewed this provider he called the county permit office and said we didn't have a permit. The inspector looked at the AC unit and said that there was certainly not a violation. This is the type of people that don't deserve the rating that they have on Angie's List. BUYER BEWARE. Recently purchased another rental unit. Air handler (inside unit) was replaced by previous owner, 2 years old. Compressor was not replaced. Called Certified and explained I just needed new compressor (outside unit) installed. Was told they don't sell and install just the compressor. They only sell complete units. I explained why I needed just the compressor but the lady was just not hearing it. So, I guess if your outside unit goes out, say a lightning strike, Certified will only replace the whole system. So I had another company install the new compressor, even matched it to the air handler manufacturer. (You don't have to match, they will work even if they are different manufacturers.) Just a note to be careful when dealing with this company might be trying to add things you don't need..

I had an excellent experience with Certified Climate Control. The last day I had my roof replaced, my a/c stopped cooling and was blowing hot air. The technician that arrived was Garey. He was excellent and extremely professional and performed various analysis to determine the problem. It was raining outside and Garey was careful to wear protective cover around his shoes so that he would not wet or dirty our floors. He always explained and communicated clearly what he was going to do next and the cost. He also communicated clearly any fees associated with the repair. Garey was patient in explaining to me the issues he encountered and he also got on the phone with my husband to explain the issue and cost of repair before we agreed to go forward. He was able to locate the issue with a lose wire in the attic and repair it. I would highly recommend CCC.

My husband and I bought a new A/C unit last summer as our very old unit finally bit the dust. My husband did a lot of research and calling around and we found that Certified Climate Control had the best prices and great reviews. I have been in heaven this past year!! Finally, a cool condo with actual cold air blowing through the vents. My son is a video gamer, so you can imagine the heat that is generated from all his "tech" stuff and I can definitely notice the change in his room. THANK YOU so much for providing a great product, a great service, and follow-up maintenance. Everyone has been a joy to deal with. We really appreciate you and will be customers for life!

2 years ago, I hired CCC after getting 4 quotes. They were the MOST professional and explained everything about Daikin unit I'd never heard of. I work out of my home about 50 hours a week and the outside handler is 4 feet from my desk outside. I do not even know its there. I will never use any another HVAC company. they are very, very professional. Have my annual service done now and no headaches whatsoever.

Very well. The technician, Anthony, was extremely thorough. He was faced with a severe thunderstorm when servicing the outdoor compressors. He was patient and waited for the storm to pass before completing the service. He was very courteous.

This is an exceptional company because of it's well trained and professional technicians. You won't go wrong using them.
