These guys are top notch and very professional. This far exceeded my expectations and would always recommend them to everyone. The tune up was well worth it and I got some other things fixed that was needed. My heat wouldn't turn on due to a wiring issue and they took care of it right away.

They were very flexible when scheduling and their technician was professional, friendly, and effective.

It worked out okay and the air condition started working better after that. I had no complaints about it. They came after I believe about a week after I purchased it. I ended up paying couple of hundred dollar they said my parts had gone bad. I like that they got the air condition working again. I would use them again.

It was good. They were very responsive and provided great customer service. Their prices are reasonable too. Very professional compare to other companies we have used in the past. They even wore booties to keep my house clean.

I thought they were very honest with me. They found a problem with one of the condensers and they could not finish the tune up until they cleaned the coils. They did not get back to me on the issue.

The first man who came to diagnose the problem was very thorough, professional, and presented us with his recommendations and options. We decided to go with a mini air conditioning unit which was very well explained and priced. The installers were on time and very courteous. They cleaned up very well before they left. We are very satisfied with our unit! It is just what we needed.

They sent out one technician and he was very professional, clean and courteous.

My experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend them. The owner was very honest with me since one of his employees misquoted the price to replace the unit. He took responsibility for the mistake and gave me what I wanted at the price that was fair. They were very responsive and worked around my schedule.

They did a great job on everything. The scheduling was a little odd because when I first spoke with them, I explained that I wanted to schedule both houses close to one another since they are right next to each other. They ended up scheduling one in the morning when I wasn't there and one when I was there in the afternoon. I did make sure to let them know what time I needed them to come, but it still worked out, it just didn't go without a hitch.

It went very well. They did an excellent job and it was a decent price. I've had them back since and I was very happy with the company.

They did an outstanding job. They explained all of the options. I could have went cheaper but, it wouldn't have been the best way to go. The $500 was for labor because the part was under warranty. It could have been a really expensive job.

I first contacted CCC after finding their superb rating on Angie's List. Another company had quoted me a price that I felt was high and I wanted another estimate. From my first contact with Jennifer I knew I was in good hands. She was friendly, competent and professional and listened carefully to me to be sure she understood what it was I was seeking. Within hours I received a phone call from Mike to schedule a visit for him to come to my house and give me an estimate. He came in at $2000.00 LESS than what I had been quoted by the first company! Mike did not pressure me to use them, patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns , and most importantly, never once asked what my first quote had been. He could have easily done that and come back to me with a quote that was just a few hundred dollars cheaper and I would have not suspected anything. Instead, his priority was honesty and integrity which I appreciated so much. A few days later, Paul did the installation. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and also with his professionalism. He did not leave until I understood everything that he had done including making sure I knew how to use my new thermostat and was comfortable with replacing my new filters each month. This morning, Jason came by to inspect Paul's work! He went over everything that Paul had done to be sure it had all been installed correctly. Again, I met with a friendly, knowledgeable and professional person who explained that I had been registered by the company for my warranty and didn't need to do a thing. I was so impressed with all of these employees that I asked them to inspect my other unit (which was purchased and installed a few years ago by a different company). Charles finished that up yesterday for me and did a fantastic and thorough job. I can't say enough about how wonderful this company has been to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Used the EZ seal and for the first time since I've owned this system, I have gone over a year without recharging the system due to the Freon leak. The EZ seal seemed expensive ($285), but it has saved me spending around $300 annually to recharge the system and have someone look for the leak.

Great customer service. Very nice workers who made me feel comfortable about the purchased I needed to make. Incredibly honest professionals who I will hire again.

The technician called to say he was on his way and arrived right on time. He performed an inspection, then the tuneup on the A/C unit. He explained everything that his inspection revealed but never pushed to have additional work done. He did outline components that would need some attention in the future and provided an estimate upon my request as the the cost. The technician was very friendly and professional. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

Extremely professional. He performed a complete service, including a system flush, of both systems. Replaced one part that tested poorly for an additional charge. I would use their services again.

I can not say enough good things about all the people from CCC that we came into contact with. From the sales person that walked us through all my different options. He took all the time we need to understand and evaluate all the different details. I was very satisfied with my final chooses. The price was very competitive with the industry, plus we got top of the line unit. Very satisfied. I also want to thank the installer by name, Paul. I liked working with Certified Climate Control and would use them again. The staff were all really nice and very professional. The team that replaced my ductwork did a great job and were very friendly. The process was messier than I thought it would be but they came back through and cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed with the fact that they were able to get all this work done for such a good price. They didn't nickel-and-dime it and included several services that I needed into the quote, including the tune-up. The tune-up didn't include a capacitor that wasn't performing well and needed to be replaced. That was an extra $178 that I wasn't expecting, but I've noticed this kind of thing does happen from time-to-time in Florida and he was able to show me that it really was failing. I was glad that it was able to be taken care of preventatively. I was very pleased that they scheduled a supervisor to come out and check the work a number of weeks later. He went in the attic and looked everything over to make sure it was done properly. That made me feel better. It didn't take too long, but it showed that the company is dedicated to quality workmanship.

My a/c was using freon/coolant every year so I knew that I had a leak somewhere, but a previous repair man from another company was not able to find the leak. CCC repairman with state of the art tools found the leak very quickly and proceeded to give all me all the necessary information about cost, availability, schedule, etc. The company performed the repair according to the schedule provided, and reimbursed me for the initial leak check cost because I had them perform the repair. I was very happy with the outcome and felt that I had been treated very fairly. I will be using CCC for my annual A/C work in the future.

On time, polite, clearly directed. outside and inside inspections including cooling, heating (gas) and air handling.Worked around an hour to hour and a half. Gave me a quick rundown on condition and what he'd done and left. Very good handling.

They called ahead, arrived on time and did a complete check of the system with recommendations for repairs but no pressure on getting them done. I will sign on with this company to take care of all my HVAC needs. Friendly, courteous, and professional!

I was happy with the service. They did a great job- even more than I expected.

The tech arrived on time and gave a recommendation on the type of filter I was using. He explained to me the reason for the filter. Even the system was new, he explained how to work the system. The tech was very professional and took care of my home, while working.
